O Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary, localizado no Lago Victoria, Uganda, oferece uma oportunidade única para observar chimpanzés órfãos e resgatados em um ambiente florestal natural. Criado em 1998, o santuário abrange 100 acres, com 98% da área florestada, fornecendo um refúgio seguro para mais de 50 chimpanzés

Itinerário
Comece o seu dia com uma saída matinal do seu hotel em Kampala ou Entebbe. Você viajará de estrada até o Pier Waterfront de Entebbe, localizado perto do Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC). A condução demora cerca de 1 a 1,5 horas, dependendo do tráfego.
Chegue ao cais e faça o check-in para o seu transporte de barco para Ngamba Island. Após uma breve briefing e ajuste de casaco de salva-vidas, embarque em um speedboat ou canoa motorizada tradicional (dependendo do seu pacote). O passeio de barco leva cerca de 45 minutos, oferecendo belas vistas do Lago Victoria, barcos de pesca e pequenas ilhas.
Na chegada, você será recebido pelo staff do santuário. Uma breve sessão de orientação apresenta a história do santuário, as histórias dos chimpanzés e a missão de conservação do santuário.
Transfer Back to Kampala ou Drop-Off em Entebbe Após o acoplamento em Entebbe, o seu motorista o transportará de volta para Kampala ou o deixará em seu hotel ou aeroporto em Entebbe.
