„Ouro Branco“ – Uma divertida e emocionante jornada de volta à história. Este passeio leva você a uma das minas de sal mais antigas do mundo, acessível aos visitantes na montanha Dürrnberg. O “ouro branco” extraído lá desempenhou um papel crucial na história de Salzburgo e muito além. Vestindo as roupas de um mineiro tradicional, usando um pequeno trem de mineiro e deslizando por escorregas de madeira suavemente polidos, você descerá nível por nível e entrará não apenas nos mistérios de um mundo distante dentro da montanha. Você também viajará no tempo por eras. Um mineiro irá guiá-lo explicando vividamente sobre a história, bem como contando emocionantes contos lendários como o do “Homem no Sal”. Um destaque será a viagem de jangada pelo lago de sal subterrâneo. Com diversão e emoção você descobrirá a história do “ouro branco” escondido por milhões de anos.
Em um barco movido a eletricidade, você deixará a vida cotidiana barulhenta e agitada para trás e desfrutará do lago mais profundo e limpo da Alemanha, a Jóia dos Alpes da Baviera. Este lago verde-esmeralda, semelhante a um fiorde, é elevado pelas paredes íngremes de rocha da montanha Watzmann até 1800m e tem uma profundidade de até 190m. Em uma pequena península romântica é o marco do Lago do Rei, a antiga capela agostiniana de São Bartolomeu. O fascinante eco do lago do Rei. (Durante o inverno de 06.11.2022 a 01.04.23 passeio de barco não é possível, portanto, passar um tempo no lago e na cidade de Berchtesgaden será possível)
No caminho de volta a Salzburgo, passaremos pela encantadora cidadezinha de Berchtesgaden, se o tempo permitir uma possível visita ao palácio real e à abadia.

MUITO IMPORTANTE: O cliente deve estar pronto para a coleta 15 minutos (8:30 am) antes / antes do início do passeio, pois ele / ela já pode ser o 1o a ser recolhido. Máximo de 5 minutos de espera será possível, além de que a espera infelizmente não é possível. Nota: A pedido, outros locais de pick-up, ou seja, a estação principal de Salzburgo / saída Schallmoos, escritório Edelweiss Tours, Theatergasse 1, 5020 Salzburgo, será possível.

The tour is really well organized. My guide Shiva is really professional. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of suggestions. The King’s Lake is really peaceful and I think it’s the highlight of the tour!

Highly recommend Edelweiss tours!! We did 2 private full-day tours with them, 2 days in a row from Salzburg. Doris was so helpful with planning - advising us on what to do and what to skip, as well as timing, plus recommending restaurants (& making reservations). Shiva was such an incredible tour guide! He is so knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and kind. He has an incredible memory but is so personable and felt like part of our family. He got to know each of us and we will never forget him! Edelweiss made these day trips from Salzburg SO easy (someone else driving, parking, securing tickets), but also added so much to the experience - our guide Shiva had so much information to share that we otherwise wouldn’t have known about. They were also so flexible - we needed to make changes to our itinerary on the day of the tours both days and Shiva didn’t bat an eye - he figured out exactly what we needed to do. Long story short, my itinerary was changed to the Salt mine and visit to the Giant Ice Cave instead. One has to travel by Funicular up to the summit, a walk of xx metres before reaching the salt mine. Beside the introduction, history and methods of exploiting the mines, the slides from level to level and the carriage ride are something to look forward to. I have been to the Salt Mine in Poland and the latter is much more spectacular and interesting compared to this one in Durrnberg. If you have never been to one and nothing for you to compare, it is fine. The Giant Ice Cave is truly awesome, really amazing and phenomenal, simply incredible. One has to travel by cable car/furnicular up to the mountain. There is a considerably walk from the station to the cave, mostly uphill, really a test of your stamina. I am glad to have visited this unique ice treasure deep in the cave (arranged by the tour operator), unbelievably stunning and admire the power of nature. If you are doing a day tour from Salzburg, the Giant Ice Cave is not to be missed, highly recommeded !!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you to the tour operator for suggesting the change !!!!! Francis Ong
