A construção do Templo de Karnak durou cerca de 2.000 anos, começando no Império Médio e continuando durante o período do Novo Império. Foi dedicado ao culto da Tríade Tebana, que consistia no deus Amon, sua consorte Mut e seu filho Khonsu.
O Templo de Luxor, também conhecido como Templo de Luxor, é um antigo templo egípcio localizado na margem leste do Rio Nilo, na cidade de Luxor, no Egito. É um dos templos mais importantes e bem preservados do antigo Egito. A construção do Templo de Luxor remonta ao período do Novo Reino do antigo Egito, com as primeiras estruturas datando do reinado de Amenhotep III (1390-1352 aC). No entanto, foi expandido e modificado pelos faraós subsequentes, incluindo Tutancâmon, Ramsés II e Alexandre, o Grande.
