Excellent guide, great tour, amazing stop a special viewpoint! Everything was perfect!
Our local guide Teiva was great. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his island - it's history and the flora and fauna. The weather was not great during our tour but this experience was still very enjoyable. I wasn't too sure about travelling in the back of an open air wagon as I have back issues but it wasn't really a problem. It was bumpy and the journey up Magic Mountain was an adventure but it was all worthwhile. A great trip!
Tiva, was an amazing guide. Really slows you down from the world and shows the beautiful culture Moorea has to offer. We were divided in language my wife and I, spoke English and the other four were French. Tiva did an amazing job being inclusive for the whole group and really brought us together for learning the culture and history of the island. Would go everyday if I could. Highly recommend at least going once on your trip!
This was an exciting tour. Gorgeous views from the tops. Our guide Tiva was very good. He shared a lot of the history and culture of Moorea.
Etienne was wonderful. We learned so much about Tahitian culture and fruits. Our tour was scheduled on Bastille Day, which is a French holiday but Etienne came and we were the only family on the tour. Amazing day!

The company cancelled on us because they said they didn’t want to pick us up from our pickup location, even though it was on the list of locations they pick up from. They canceled on us last minute so that we couldn’t pick another activity that day. Very unprofessional.
This was such a great tour! We had inclement weather, with light rain on and off, so the itinerary was flexible but still hit all of the high spots. Our guide, Teiva, is a local and was absolutely fabulous! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of his island and his people, and was incredibly informative. He was also just loads of fun with a great sense of humour. It’s a small tour with a maximum of eight people in the back of an open air Jeep type vehicle. There are plastic covers that can come down that keep the rain out. Some parts of it were a little bit bumpy, for example going up Magic Mountain, but the alternative of walking it would be hard work! And it’s not actually that bad. I can highly recommend this tour!

After some pleasant emails back and forth with Yvette we were advised to catch the 0610 ferry from Papeete for an early morning pick-up at the ferry terminal in Moorea. We turned up for the 0610 ferry, only to find that the ferry company had one of its 2 vessels out of service that week for scheduled maintenance, and the next available for us to catch was at 0800. When I managed to contact Yvette at around 0800 she said that we would not be able to join the tour and that we should approach Viator for a refund. We were disappointed that an experienced tour guide would not have known that the ferry she had recommended would not be available for a whole week due to scheduled maintenance.
