Parking Nightmare

No parking anywhere. Catamaran left at 12:00pm. We arrived 11:30 and spent 30 minutes looking for a parking space and were told to park 10 mins drive down the road and walk back, still no parking. Customer service gave a refund but what an absolute headache and disappointment. It was difficult to find the dock.

I truly don't understand why. People seem to have forgotten how to be people, and admit their mistakes instead of blaming a company with a Badge of Excellence that have been working with Viator/Tripadvisor for the past 10 years! I am beyond frustrated with you, Miss Elizabeth. How dare you write what you did? First of all, your notification letter was sent to you on May 14th. Plenty of time to read it, since your tour was on May 17th, even though you canceled the initial reservation you made on May 6th. It is assumed that you read everything in the activity description, and that is why you booked with us. In the "Meeting and Pickup" section, it states in writing: Meeting point: Playa Langosta, Kukulcan Boulevard, Hotel Zone, 77500 Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. (Open in Google Maps) Meeting point: PLAYA LANGOSTA Blvd. Kukulcan Km. 4.5, Kukulcan Boulevard Meeting instructions: At Playa Langosta, there is a restaurant called "Los Pececitos." Your check-in area is right there. Check-in time: 11:20 am. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Here is the link so you can see that it is written down. You even told me you were already parked at the Melia Casa Maya Hotel, I called the manager, Rodrigo... Do you remember, Miss Elizabeth Rodrigo? You even repeated his name yourself. to ask for more time for you to wait for you. Everything is recorded... and I have enough evidence to dismiss this review and expose you. but we can not upload conversations. so for the time being we are the bad persons. Customer Service, as you wrote before, has a name, and I'm Monica. I offered to reschedule the tour or refund your money, and you chose a refund. This isn't applicable, but out of goodwill, we did it. We understand that these kinds of situations happen because we're human, and the last thing we want is to take advantage of them. Miss Elizabeth, you received a full refund, even though you never checked in. Everything was sent to you on time so you could take precautions, especially if you read the section that says... For the parking space there, it is available at first come, first served.

Hilarious! Go for it!

Hilarious! If you are sad and square mother trucker do not book it. If you are chilled and want to have a good time then go ahead! The crew is cool and the whole tour it’s just what it supposed to be about: sun, sea and fun!

Snorkling cancelled, refund not offered.

Only after the boat left the marina were we told that the snorkling is cancelled because of high winds. We were not offered a refund or return to the pier. I think that is not fair. We were just offered lunch. That's it. I think that was not right.

Miss Anitha, with all due respect, we have no control over the weather. If the maritime authorities cancel the snorkeling activity, it's for your own safety. Canceling the snorkeling wasn't because we, as the tour operator, wanted to cancel it only for the two of you. Believe me, it was to safeguard you. The ocean is unpredictable, and we can't control it. However, we do have authorities monitoring the ocean, and they are the ones who inform us whether or not snorkeling is permitted. You were given an additional upgrade at no extra cost, which has nothing to do with the dock fee, since the dock fee is a Cancun city tax that neither the operator nor we have access to.the snorkel time 30 minutes is recreational activity, and if the weather doesn't permit it, there's nothing we can do. Can you imagine you wanting to snorkel, thinking that we're the ones who don't want you to, and then something happens to you? Who would It be to blame?, you or us for not warning you? We much prefer that, while your life may not matter to you, It does matter and its important to us, and we obey orders to safeguard everyone. We are sorry that we can not control the weather. We honestly love sunny and perfect days

Avoid- Poorly managed

They gave us the address to park at a public beach but the guards there dint let us enter saying that the parking was only until 3 pm and that the the cruise would come back by 7 so we can’t enter, they were unresponsive when we tried to call and there was no parking around, leaving us stranded, AVOID AT ALL COST

It's truly unbelievable how far people will go. No one help you? what about me, that I was with you since 9am givieng you all the details? Miss,Chandrima Gosch it's a shame I can't post screenshots of our conversation, I even sent you the check-in video for Losbter Beach via WhatsApp, along with the real-time location. I was very clear in telling you that the parking was public and on a first-come, first-served basis. I gave you the option of finding parking where you have to pay, and yet you still told me you had arrived. The guides were looking for you and never found you. I messaged you, and you said you were somewhere the photo couldn't identify. I've been working with this tour operator for nine years, and believe me, they haven't moved from the same location. It seems only you changed the marina's address because we continue working at Playa Langosta. Both in the confirmation letter and in person, I gave you instructions to arrive on time, and you still didn't. Then you send me threatening messages? I have the proof because we do our job, and believe me, canceling and refunding for two people isn't worth risking the reputation of an entire marina just because you didn't reach your destination. So please don't blame us.

Excellent!!! Book with Cancun Sailing!

The crew was 10/10!! Noah and his crew gave us an AMAZING EXPERIENCE, they were awesome. We were able to snorkel, have drinks and be delivered to a bra island

Dont waste your time or money- horrible tour.

HORRIBLE TOUR ! Unorganized !!! Lots of miscommunication. They tried to offer us a tour we didnt book upon arrival- saying it was a complimentary upgrade. All it was , was longer time in Isla. Our 4.5 hour tour would have been the 8 hour tour. When we said no to the offer we were told we would take one catamaran to the island and a different one back. Guide explained things in lengthy detail in spanish and in english we got the quick version. ( bi-lingual tour) . Snorkeling was maybe 30 minutes.. very quick stop ! Upon arrival to Isla - we were told it was unlimited drinks and food at the beach club. It wasn't, It was only for 90 minutes and you needed to eat as soon as you arrived or it wasn't available later . Thats not considered open bar and food in my opinion. There was No where to put your things at the beach clubs- you needed to rent a chair for $28 for 2 hours. A Never explained to us by our guide. When we were leaving- the return catamaran had no knowledge that we were coming back with them ( they took our picture at check in to assure the return guide knew who we were ) . We were told Fat Cat catamaran was leaving at 3:40--- do not be late. The catamaran ended up departing at 4:12 !!! Captain and staff on return catamaran were vaping the whole way back- very unprofessional. When we got back to Cancun- our driver was not there to get us. Worst tour I have ever booked with Viator

With all due respect, you were offered an upgrade at no additional cost, but you weren't even obligated to, and no one forced you to take it. The Tour to Isla Mujeres is a bit longer, because we stop at the beach club to have lunch, and were you can eat at the buffet, which obviously doesn't last more than 90 minutes, as there's a program to follow. You weren't at your hotel where you can eat and drink all day if you want; your original tour does not have a meal only snacks on board. Snorkeling isn't allowed for more than 30 minutes in the ocean. If you wanted to spend all day snorkeling, please find out which company can provide that service and send me a message so I can book them. Believe me, in the 25 years I've been living in Cancun, no one offers snorkeling for more than 30 minutes. What caught our attention the most, and believe me, is your mentality. I don't think you were right about what you wrote... You wrote: Guide explained things in lengthy detail in Spanish, and in English, we got the quick version. (bilingual tour) You are in Mexico, so the tours are bilingual since there are passengers from other Spanish-speaking countries. The tour description specifically says "bilingual," since we don't discriminate against anyone who speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, etc., etc., etc. What a racist comment you make. I can't believe it! We do not need people like you on our tour, who even if we give you an upgrade at NO ADDITIONAL COST, complain about everything and certainly we cannot please everyone perfectly, we do everything possible to get a 10! operation, but you are out of context if you are capable of being a person like that complaining that the guide gave his explanation in both languages and you did not like it (because he is doing his job) We cannot expect more from you.

Life of the party

First off, this trip was absolutely hilarious and extremely fun. Lucky for us, everyone else had booked a full day tour so we got upgraded from a half day to a full day for free which was great. The way to snorkeling was fun; however, when snorkeling we were not given fins and were not divided into groups. So, it was really a really big group of people. If you want to do a full snorkel tour, I would suggest getting a tour that purely does snorkeling. Nevertheless, the beach was fun, the food was good, and the tour guides were fun, welcoming, and charismatic. Our tour guide in particular was the life of the party and dancing - it was amazing. While other reviews say people of the island are pushy, I wouldn’t. They don’t try to keep asking after a first no nor do they get offended. Everyone my boyfriend and I interacted with were extremely friendly. I would recommend bringing pesos to the island for souvenirs or snacks (paletas are always a must). The beach they drop you off at is extremely close to playa Norte, which I personally liked better. We did not rent a golf cart and with the limited amount of time there, unless if you want to go to the other side of the island, walking works great. The drinks were good! And the way back was amazing! 100% recommend for a fun day of food, beach, and drinks!

Extra care

I had a medical issue when I was on the trip. The staff did everything they could to help me. They spoke English which was helpful.
