Recommend this private tour. Our guides Emily and Mr. Kim were exceptional. Super kind and patient with us. Emily told us all the stories about where we were and answered our many questions. We toured in March and it was really hot so go early, and bring sunscreen and a hat.
A very nice tour for a short day, it was nicely planned. My tour guide Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. Anyone wanting to visit the Marble mountains should book this tour.
It was a half-day tour, but good quality throughout. Anh Nhẫn was a charming tour guide; very relatable. He was very considerate, even about things like the timing; making sure we had a relaxing experience. The tour itself provided a glimpse into the development of the area and culture and included many stunning views (though it takes some physical ability, it is well worth it). It is definitely a must-see when visiting this area
Dear Rodericke, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re truly grateful for your kind words and delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Half-day Marble Mountains And Son Tra Peninsula Exploration tour. Your feedback means a lot to our team. We hope to welcome you back for more amazing experiences in the future! Best regards, Hoi An Express
The guide who accompanied us was very friendly and knew a lot about the history and religion of Vietnam and China..I learned very interesting things. I recommend (I would do it again).
Our tour guide, Autumn, was great! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited and we learned a lot. I appreciated how the driver was waiting for us at every site and we didn’t have to walk far. I am glad we went with a tour guide because we learned things we wouldn’t have if we went by ourselves.
The sites are a must see if you are in Da Nang. Our guides, Emily and Truc, were brilliant. They paced the visits superbly and informative at the right level, no overload or overload. They were so proactive in taking pictures as otherwise a couple would be forced into a wefie.
The tour was well worth taking and Tom, our guide, was very informative and friendly. We particularly enjoyed visiting The Lady Buddha and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Da Nang.
Excellent activity even in rainy weather. Had a fantastic guide, Emily, who not only provided interesting and insightful content to the tour but also planned our itinerary in such a manner as to avoid the crowds. Absolutely recommend this trip!
Absolutely fantastic day despite raining weather. Our guide, Emily, was an absolute treasure and took extra time to guide us and tell us about the sites. She was extremely friendly and well informed, and we really appreciate the thought she put into our itinerary for the day to help avoid the crowds. Well worth a morning's exploration and would highly recommend.
We enjoyed the tour and the guide was very friendly but her English was very limited (mostly just pointing at things we could already see like a beach and naming it in English). She also seemed to have a very limited amount of actual information ot knowledge about either the pagoda or marble mountain and sometimes the information was incorrect. For example, when asked she said that the Lady Buddha statue was made of cement not marble. I didn't think this made sense so I later googled it and in fact it is made of marble. This to me is very basic information that a tour guide should know. A lot of her "guiding" was just stating very obvious things that I could have worked out myself with common sense just by looking, but she didn't know many details or history of the sights at all. It was as if the actual tour guide was unavailable and they had sent someone who wasn't a tour guide instead. I was quite disappointed and given how much the tour cost it was not a good level of service and I would not recommend this tour.
