Great service from Dewa our driver and tour guide. Dewa car was very clean and comfortable and direct hotel pick up and drop off. We were well looked after and relaxing to get a personalized service Blue Star and Dewa come across as professional tour operator and guide Thanks catch up next time
watching the monkeys take hats and sunglasses from visitors. the are too many visitors waiting for the show and our tour guide took us somewhere else. the seafood dinner was horrible. the restaurant gsve us small potof seafood . it did not look very appetizing
We loved experiencing the dramatic setting of this temple high above the surf. The chanting and dancing was exotic - like nothing we have ever experienced. Not to be missed. Our driver Wisnu was top rate - arranged a stop at a coffee plantation while he waited in the long line to get the dance tickets. While the setting for the dinner was romantic the fish was just ok and not worth the very long drive there and back to our bb. Bali traffic moves slowly, especially when the performance is done. It was 10 pm by the time we got back.
Agung was amazing during our tour. He is very knowledgeable with the area and avoided any traffics. It does not feel like he was a tour guide. It felt more like a friend taking me places. He was very friendly and caring. Thank you Agung for unforgettable experience.
My husband and I really enjoyed the Uluwatu temple and Kecak fire dance. The dinner was so fresh and yummy. Thank you Dewa for such an amazing experience. The best tour guide!

It was great to hear that from you that enjoyed the services provided by our guide DEWA We believe this review of yours would be a useful information for other travellers, With greatest pleasure we will be looking forward fo your next visit this island and join others trips with us Kindest regards Blue Star Bali & team
We were picked up from our hotel by our driver, Nova. He was both professional and knowledgable about the Balinese culture so we were able to ask a lot of questions during the ride to the temple. The temple was a spectacular sight. Situated on the cliff top we were able to take many photos. The dance took place at 6 near sunset. It was captivating to watch both dancers and singers. The dinner at Jimbaran Bay gave me mixed feelings of enjoying a meal near the shoreline, but the meal being a little too cold. The meal had corn soup, fish, clam, scallop skewers, veggies, rice, and shrimp. What I enjoyed about booking with this tour was that everything was planned ahead, and our guide let us enjoy the trip at our own pace.
Gusti was a great tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He had lots of interesting facts and stories and speaks English very well. The ride was comfortable and we enjoyed the tour of the temple. It is a beautiful place. However, Beware of the monkeys!!! They Will take your belongings right out of your hands. We saw a monkey take two phones, snatched right out of someone's hands. Sunglasses and hats taken of people's heads. A flip flop taken off a girl's foot (while she was standing!!) Don't carry a water bottle. Don't look them in the eye. Seriously. They take things, and then chew it up. We watched one monkey eating the seat cushion of a motor bike. The Kecak dance is really cool. Make sure you read the story on the print out that they hand you, while you are waiting for it to begin so that you understand what is happening. Then follow along as the dance plays out. It was quite entertaining. The sunset over the ocean is a beautiful background, although it was annoying that people got up in the middle of the performance to take photos of the sun setting (I assume) or go to the bathroom. Tips: I brought a hand fan which was key for blocking the sun on my face before the sun went down since the audience faces the ocean (and sun). I also brought an extra sarong to sit on because the bleacher seats are wood. The dinner... Never felt so American as we did when they brought us a whole fried fish. Head and tail and all. So we didn't eat much! The ambience is just ok. It's a plastic patio table and chairs with a table cloth... At least at the place we ate. The whole beach is restaurants set up in the same way. It appeared that some spots are nicer than others. Just book the tour option that doesn't include the dinner because it's not worth it. (Dinner was a tiny welcome drink of some kind of tea or lemonade type drink, then a broth / corn soup, then the seafood BBQ, and a few pieces of sliced fruit for dessert.) If you want to eat "on the beach, under the stars" just pack a picnic basket and do that on your own.
Thanks for the team(Agung, Made, Dewa) for their professional experience. Very sincere to help even not in the package, keep up the good job guys, definitely will use back their services next time I visit Bali!
