No lago Janauary teremos almoço em um restaurante flutuante e caminharemos em um caminho suspenso junto à cobertura das árvores e chegaremos ao lago com lírios de água (durante os meses de fim de agosto e meados de dezembro não podemos chegar a este lugar devido à estação seca amazônica, então visitamos um local diferente também perto da área, mas sem lírios de água)
Na aldeia flutuante de Catalão vamos descobrir uma das maneiras mais únicas de nossa gente viver em casas flutuantes no meio de um lago. Pararemos em uma fazenda de peixes para brincar com o famoso peixe Pirarucu (a maior espécie de peixe com escamas em água doce na palavra). durante os meses de meados de agosto e meados de dezembro talvez não possamos chegar a este lago devido à seca amazônica)
Um dos fenômenos mais incríveis quando os dois rios com cores e características diferentes correm lado a lado sem misturar. Vamos parar para ter alguma explicação sobre este fenômeno e tirar algumas fotos.
Voltaremos ao porto marítimo que passa pelas periferias de Manaus e veremos a zona industrial, os portos, os mercados e muito mais.

Exceptional experience enhanced by super customer care. Experience the meeting of the waters, a tasty lunch, a floating village and a lake of water lilies and caiman crocodiles. Loved this experience.

Terrible experience. In the picture they show you a large boat with people wearing life jackets. In reality, this was a tiny boat, seating 3-4 passengers, no safety equipment and very unsafe. There were 3 of us in addition to the guide and operator, the river was especially turbulent that day and the water splashed us from all sides. It rained a bit and the boat did not even have a proper cover. They were supposed to take us for lunch to a floating restaurant but when we got there, hardly any food was left. Other tour groups had already eaten and were leaving. Very badly managed trip, total waste of money.

Very enjoyable outing. We first went to a floating restaurant for lunch buffet of arapaima cooked several ways and chicken. There was a great variety of side dishes so everyone could find something they would enjoy. Next to the restaurant was a boardwalk that led to a pond of giant water lilies. After lunch we took a side channel to see the community of floating houses, a school bus - which was a boat, as well as cattle being transported by boat. Then we went to a fish farm where we fed the arapaima. Next was the meeting of the waters, the Rio Negro and the Amazon. They run alongside each other for a very long way. Not only is the color of the rivers different but so is the temperature of the waters. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke very good English.
