⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience with Ken Ken! We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Rockies Journey, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Ken Ken. From the very beginning, Ken Ken was attentive to our family’s needs, kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. He made us feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than simply following a tour guide. He went out of his way to help us, took beautiful family photos for us, and made sure we could truly enjoy every moment. Our children absolutely loved spending the day with him! As parents of a child with additional needs, one thing meant especially much to us: Ken Ken welcomed our family exactly as we are. He was understanding, flexible and inclusive, and never once made us feel that our child’s differences or needs were an inconvenience. That kindness and acceptance made the experience so much more relaxing and special for our entire family. Thank you, Ken Ken, for your help, your patience, your wonderful sense of humour and positive energy, and especially for making us all feel so welcome and included. You helped make our visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake one of the highlights of our trip to Western Canada. We will remember this day for a very long time. Ken Ken was amazing. He made our trip memorable. He was with us every step of the way and kept us entertained
We had a good time. The ride to the site is kind of long, but our guide was a great driver and we were thankful just to be able to kick back and enjoy the incredible views! Once at the two lakes we enjoyed walking around the lakes and taking in the beauty.
Great guide named Boyd, Boyd was a nice person, explained everything to us and even added a little bonus too Bow Falls.. Beautiful scenery!
It was a great tour! Highly recommend, it still left lots of the day to explore other things in Banff! Ken Ken was such a fun and welcoming tour guide!!
Very easy and enjoyable ride .Our guide, Kimmy, shared a lot of local information and was helpful and very pleasant.
Jesse was amazing! He was very knowledgable about Lake Louise and lake Moraine. My family and I really enjoyed the tour. Jesse went out of his way to keep us safe as he mentioned some of the areas around the lakes were dangerous, and he also took some superduper pictures of our family that we believe we would not have been able to do. We would recommend him and this tour to any of our friends that are coming to Banff.

We loved this tour, in no small part because our guide, Boyd, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The small vans were comfortable and on time. The two lakes were beautiful, and the time allotted for viewing was reasonable. Boyd took photos for everyone in the group, and provided water, small candies, and umbrellas during a brief shower. Highly recommend.
