Me and my mom were positively impressed by the guide Fi. She explained interesting details, both historical and cultural, about the Citadel and was extremely helpful when we needed. She helped us to buy antibiotics, taking us to the pharmacy and translating everything. You can definitely count on her!

We just finished half day tour with Xi. Xi was great. She gave us a great detailed story of the imperial palace and the Pagodas which we visited. We enjoyed it very much.
