We had a wonderful experience on our tour to Cuenca, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team than our guide, Sergei, and our driver, Felix! They were an outstanding duo who made the entire day enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable from start to finish. Felix was an excellent driver who navigated the journey smoothly and safely, getting us to and from Cuenca without a hitch. Sergei was exceptional! He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and personable, with a great sense of humor that brought the history and stories of this beautiful region to life. We especially enjoyed exploring the Enchanted Forest and the medieval town of Cuenca. Sergei explained the history, fascinating details, and unique features of each location in a way that was both informative and entertaining. His passion for the area was evident, and he made sure we truly appreciated the beauty, culture, and charm of everything we visited. What made this tour particularly special was the wonderful balance of history, sightseeing, humor, and personal attention. We never felt rushed, and Sergei made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. His storytelling and Felix’s excellent driving made for a perfect combination! We absolutely loved everything about this tour! The Ciudad Encantada is truly enchanting. The rock formations we saw were so beautiful and impressive. La Ciudad Encantada is the kind of place you have to experience to believe it! Absolutely amazing! Cuenca was just as impressive. What a beautiful city, full of history, character, and incredible views. Both places are definitely a must-see! A special shout-out to our tour guide, Antonio, who made the experience so unforgettable. He is knowledgeable, funny, clearly passionate about what he does, and kind. He helped everyone with patience and genuine care! We also appreciated the way he divided the day into different sections. Since this is a long tour (8:30 AM–8:30 PM), his pacing made the day feel very well organized and perfectly timed. It never felt like a long or tiring tour. Instead, it felt like a very well-paced experience where we always had something interesting to look forward to. And we tip our hats to our driver, David! What a professional. He drove safely and confidently, and the bus was clean, comfortable, and modern. Overall, we are so happy we decided to book with Cuenqueando Tours. Beautiful places, a wonderful guide, a great driver, and a very well-organized experience. Taking into account that it is a long excursion (from 8:30 to 20:30), his way of organizing the times made everything feel very well planned and perfectly balanced. At no time did we feel that it was a heavy or endless tour; on the contrary, it was a very well-conducted experience, in which there was always something interesting to discover. And we take our hats off to our driver, David. What a great professional! He drove very safely and confidently, and the bus was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, we are extremely happy to have decided to book with Cuenqueando Tours. Incredible places, a wonderful guide, an excellent driver, and a very well-organized excursion. This time one person will visit places you have not been to. Glad to have Sergi as my guide. Although the members only speak English, but they are translated for me every time, I am grateful. It provides a wealth of historical information, fun humor for people, it is a good guide of 100 points!

This was one of the best places to visit in Madrid. Our tour guide Sergi was SO knowledgeable and such a pleasure to spend the day with. The enchanted city is amazing. So many rocks formations. Conan the Barbarian was filmed there. If you want to take a day away from the cities do this tour.

Our day started with a beautiful views with the OUTSTANDING guidance of Sergi! He explained the history of the Enchanted City with passion and precision. I liked how we got to experience the whole place. Then we had an authentic lunch in Cuenca and got to get to see the charming city and the spectacular views. It was an all day adventure that we will never forget!

Great guides very knowledgeable and friendly. City and parks were beautiful with many things to see and learn about.

Wonderful experience.. we lucked out with the perfect weather! Our guide, Sergi, was passionate and informative detailing geologic history along with fun facts! Enchanted City was breathtaking! We then traveled to Cuenca where Sergi continued to educate and engage us as we walked through the historic city. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch prepared by a world class chef at such a reasonable price. Such a fun day! The bus ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. We highly recommend this tour and hope you are lucky enough to get Sergi as your guide!

Wonderful experience with our guide, Sergi! One of the best guides I’ve had on a trip. He was so knowledgeable about the Enchanted City and Cuenca. He has great story-telling skills and was able to engage everyone on the tour. He was also very personable during lunch, learning about where everyone is from and their plans in Spain. The best part is that the restaurant they chose was amazing! I am usually hesitant about restaurants on yours since they are usually touristy but he chose an amazing one. It was actually on my list before going on this tour. Highly recommend this tour with Sergi.
