O Arizona Memorial é a atração mais visitada do estado do Havaí. Este memorial foi construído sobre os destroços do encouraçado USS Arizona. Very touching and humbling experience. This is not just some tourist location to visit, but a place to pay your respect and gratitude to those who gave their life for our freedom.
Dave was the best! He was the kindest and funniest tour guide we’ve ever had! His deep understanding of Pearl Harbor and the city shows how much pride and love he has for O’ahu. We can’t wait to return!
Vanessa was our tour guide, she was amazing. Very informative and friendly. So engaging. Pearl Harbour was very eye opening
Do only in the morning to give yourself time there. Our driver Dave was fabulous BUT the time i had on my booking was 9.30am but got an email when we were out of service that pick up would be 7.30. After missing the pick up & calling the person on the end of the phone was rude & unapologetic. Next time I will book with the hotel & not Viator!! Again our driver Dave was helpful & informative - 5 stars for him.
Vanessa was knowledgeable and entertaining as our tour guide! She was prompt with our pickups and had drinks and a small snack!
I did not go. I think it was handled poorly. We should have received a phone call. Who checks email on a vacation ? I had verified the trip the day before and it was confirmed.

We understand your frustration; however, tour details, pickup instructions, and updates are provided through the contact information supplied with the reservation. Email is a standard method of communication used throughout the travel industry, especially when guests may be traveling, unavailable by phone, or in different time zones. While your tour was confirmed, confirmation does not eliminate the need for guests to review any messages sent regarding pickup details, meeting instructions, or operational updates. We make every effort to communicate important information in advance, but guests also share responsibility for monitoring the contact methods provided during booking.
This was a great experience with on-time pickup and return. Our driver, Vanessa, was personable, friendly and informative. I learned a lot during our tour and she answered any questions that came up during the drive. It was the perfect amount of time to spend at Pearl Harbor with lot of reflection and sobering moments, especially during the visor to the USS Arizona Memorial. I would highly recommend.
Overall, I am really disappointed in the “tour”. I expected the whole experience to be lead by a tour guide who gives us information and faces about what we are seeing. The tour guide was basically just a driver who dropped us off at Pearl Harbor for a few hours and left while we were on the tour. The experience was also an hour too long so we ended up leaving and ubering ourselves back to the hotel. The other people on the tour felt the same way and some made their own way back as well. We looked for the tour guide to see if we could discuss hearing back early but he was no where to be found.
Dear Jordan, Aloha Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. The driver was with you at Pearl Harbor everywhere he is legally allowed to be. Pearl Harbor is a National Memorial and a war grave. Guide activity is prohibited. This is clearly stated in the tour description and is a rule set by the federal site operators, not by tour companies. Our drivers provide transportation, orientation information, and logistics coordination, but once guests enter Pearl Harbor, visitors explore the site on their own. Drivers are also not permitted to remain with guests throughout the memorial complex conducting narration or guided activity. It is illegal to do so. This is a standard tour that all tour companies have a version of with the same inclusions and same duration, serving thousands of customers every month. While the overall duration of the tour can vary depending on traffic, security lines, Navy shuttle operations, and crowd levels at Pearl Harbor, these are set tours with set a duration. Guests who choose to leave early on their own are, of course, free to do so, but the scheduled return transportation continued as planned for the rest of the group.
The tour was wonderful.. Our tour guide DAVID was excellent!!! Found the Arizona wall of names of the men who died entombed very sad.
Guide was very informative and conversational throughout the trip. Unfortunately, our return trip from Pearl Harbor to our hotel unexpectedly became a guided tour through Honolulu that took 90 minutes more than what was scheduled / indicated on the listing. Given we had scheduled this as a half-day event and had planned to have lunch following this excursion, we were not prepared to take a significantly longer amount of time to return to our hotel than we had scheduled.
Dear Matthew, Aloha Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. The Honolulu historic drive-through portion of the tour is included in the itinerary and is not an unexpected addition. Under normal traffic conditions, the city drive portion adds approximately 10 minutes, with the return to Waikiki from Pearl Harbor generally around 40 minutes depending on hotel stops and traffic flow. Unfortunately, traffic conditions in Honolulu can vary significantly due to congestion, accidents, road work, weather, and special events, all of which are outside of our control. The actual route itself was not extended by 90 minutes intentionally, nor was an additional separate tour added beyond what is listed in the itinerary. As noted in the tour details, all tour durations are approximate and can vary based on operational and traffic conditions on the island.
