A great trip to escape Hanoi. John was an excellent guide, great English and very informative. It was fun to be in the jeep and travel through the countryside and try our hand at ceramics when we visited a local village. Highly recommend.
I had a fantastic tour of Hanoi with Louis! He was incredibly knowledgeable about history, temples, and landmarks, and made the whole experience enjoyable and engaging. He was friendly, professional, and very enthusiastic about sharing his city's story.
Johnny and Six were great. 👍 Had a nice afternoon learning about farm life and then pottery. Pottery was fun for family
Baki & Quang were great company, curious, informative, chill and looked after us very well. They organised an authentic meal made by local a family who we enjoyed talking to. As a special treat we even watched part of the match where the Socceroos beat Turkey with grandma (who cooked the lunch). Fun day.
An informative cultural experience by John. We loved his passion for his country and history which he shared with us throughout the experience. John is what makes the experience so much fun. This visit to a community garden isn’t really a farm experience considering we live in New Zealand but we loved the visit to the Temple (remember to cover your shoulders). The cafe was extra special and we would just do the trip to visit this place again.
Very good experience to get a taste of everything if Vietnam especially if Hanoi is your first spot. Danny and Tuna helped us navigate the village!

Had an exceptional experience with San May on the “A Glimpse Off the Beaten Path” Sapa Jeep Tour. She was engaging, caring, knowledgeable, and made every moment feel authentic and special. From breathtaking mountain views and hidden village relics to local farms and cultural immersion, the journey was unforgettable. Ending the day with a traditional herbal bath deep in the mountains was the perfect touch. If you truly want to experience the heart and soul of Sapa beyond the tourist trail, I highly recommend this tour and guide.
