This tour isn't luxury or exclusive. The moment you enter the X12 boat you would be asked to remove your shoes. My daughter insisted on hygiene and she was given slippers for the ride. It is OK to be dressed down for this tour, so no fancy clothes necessary, just comfortable and a scarf or cardigan as it may get windy on board. The boat was in good condition. The crew members were helping with picture taking and were playing some music from Spotify for the atmosphere, however they didn't offer us a bottle of water. So unless you go downstairs from the upper deck and look for the water you will miss out on the essential. The barbecue was a bit cold but at least it was cooked and we didn't have high expectations from the food. It's not that the food was flowing either and we had to take care of it ourselves by grabbing a few bits before it was all gone. The ride itself was fine and it seemed that all the boats were going along the same route, one after another so it felt not exclusive at all, but mostly like a school trip. The sights we saw along the ride were Dubai Marina, Bluewaters island, JBR beach, a few bits of Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab at which point the boat turned around. The sunset was on the side of the Atlantis hotels, but the boat wasn't turning or going that way, so really, when the sun was going down the boat was at the wrong spot. We were lucky to see the full moon on the side of the Jumeirah beach. Overall, I think the tour is overpriced for what it is and offers. Perhaps it's worth checking out other operators and perhaps pay a bit more for a really exclusive yacht ride and better service.

Regarding cleanliness, please note that our boats are cleaned and sanitized after every other trip, and we maintain a strict no-shoes policy to keep the indoor areas tidy and hygienic for all guests. For this reason, we provide boat slippers upon request, as we did for your daughter. We’re glad you appreciated the good condition of the yacht, the crew’s assistance with photos, and the music for ambiance. If you are on a budget and you want to fully enjoy the amazing view from the water aboard a luxurious yacht, go join other group of tourist on a shared yacht cruising. There's also snack and food depending on the options you book. It's a great experience! For me sunset time or breakfast is the best time.
