Excursão de estilingue de meio dia saindo de Paguera

I was so looking forward to this activity but feel it was let down by a lack of interaction from he guide and also the lack of anything informative about the route or the area. Having been on buggy trips in Cyprus and Crete I assumed we would be stopping at some interesting view points or points of local knowledge but sadly no. The slingshot was explained as a formula 1 experience but when the driver in front of you fails to drive it to its potential it seems pointless to have such a machine. At one point she was failing to keep up with two cyclists even when they were going uphill. Very frustrating. Then two Vespas overtook us on a straight which was embarrassing lol. To the actual trip we were asked to be at the outlet at 9am but due to waiting on others didn’t leave until 930. We hadn’t driven 1/2 mile when there was a road block with police which scattered us all ways. We eventually got back together and headed for petrol as all the motors needed fuel. Could this not have been done in preparation of the trip? We eventually took of into the hills and the car performed well at slow speed. We travelled up the south east coast with its hairpin bends and steep inclines and declines but I spent most of the drive on my brake as the driver in front was so slow. The scenery was spectacular and after driving for an hour stopped at a car park inland with no view which was a parking area for public buses. Nothing to see but we’re advised by the guide we has a 15 min break to stretch our legs. After this we returned the same route stopping only at a beautiful roadside cafe with stunning views before heading back via a few villages without stops back to base. This could have been so much better if there was some interesting stopping places with a bit of culture rolled in. It wasn’t the fault of the guide that there was a slow driver but surly she should be able to accommodate and plan for this. You don’t hire such a vehicle to drive at 25mph after all I wasn’t the only person to mention how slow the group was either.

Tour guides were great and friendly. Toured beautiful picturesque areas. Highly recommend this tour. The roads were in excellent condition.

Great fun, very fast at times and stunning scenery. Went on a tour with Andy to Andratx, along the magnificent coastal road and back. Three stops for a rest, drinks and natural break. Get an open road and the Slingshot really shifts but it’s a popular road so quite busy with traffic, who can’t go as fast as us. But well worth the money (cash only!!) and a great highlight of our holiday. We’ll be back for another go.

Today we drove the 4.00 hr tour from Paguera with a lot of fun, nice participants and a really great guide. From the booking to the end of the trip everything worked out as agreed. 2 trikes and 4 slingshots drove the tour at a really good pace. Reasonable breaks incl. Water to drink and guide Andi, who always had a brisk saying (have you all slept in? unless you have Anja for a coffee!) in stock, made the tour an unforgettable experience. Really worth an experience! Many thanks to Sven for the tour. We booked a slingshot tour. 4 hours in and over the mountains of the west coast of Mallorca. An experience that we will not soon forget. Anyone wondering if it's worth about €95 per person - definitely! How many times do you have the opportunity to do something like this? We recommend good sun protection and something to take with you, although you get one cool water per person from the organizer. On our tour we stopped over a coffee with a picturesque view. However, you are not forced to have a drink there, but can decide that freely. Also the few euros are worth it for the view and the experience. Optionally, you can purchase pictures of yourself on the tour, which amounts to about 20 €. We have renounced this, but it is understandable if you want to hold on for eternity at the moment. The links shots are well explained and even less experienced riders get started quickly. It's very similar to driving. Thanks again, when we are back, we will definitely come back!

After having booked our flights to Mallorca I browsed TripAdvisor & as soon as I saw this tour I said to Mrs B, that's what we are doing on my birthday. One of the best decisions I made. Our tour consisted of 3 Trikes & 6 Slingshots, & we were out for about 4 & a arf hours. To say it was great fun is an understatement, it so much more. The Slingshots were brilliant to drive, through the countryside, along Palma Harbour front , a few resorts & up into the mountains near Soller. We had a couple of stops on the coast to admire the Seaviews, plus a refuelling stop, for the cars & snacks/water. At the end of it we were both shattered, but very glad we did the & would seriously consider doing it again on our next Mallorca visit, maybe the Trikes next time.
