A península fica dentro do Parque Nacional Table Mountain, mundialmente conhecido por sua incrível biodiversidade. A Reserva Natural do Cabo da Boa Esperança estende-se sobre o promontório rochoso. É uma reserva natural protegida e lar de uma variedade de antílopes, a rara zebra da montanha do Cabo e outras espécies animais únicas. É também um paraíso para aves marinhas, com 250 espécies de aves registradas encontradas na reserva. Cape Point é o extremo pontudo da Península do Cabo. É um marco reconhecido instantaneamente e muitas vezes é confundido com o extremo sul da África. Existem dois monumentos do patrimônio nacional em Cape Point que foram construídos para homenagear os exploradores mais famosos do mundo: Vasco da Gama e Bartolomeu Dias (que foi o primeiro explorador europeu a contornar Cape Point em 1488).

Itinerário
Seguimos para a vila de pescadores de Hout Bay, passando pela espetacular Chapman's Peak Drive e entrando na pitoresca cidade costeira de Noordhoek. O passeio panorâmico pela península nos leva à magnífica Reserva Natural do Cabo da Boa Esperança e Cape Point. Em Hout Bay, você tem a opção de fazer um cruzeiro de barco para Seal Island (não incluído na tarifa) ou passear pelo popular cais e porto marítimo, onde você fará amizade com as simpáticas focas que aparecem para um tapinha. Na Reserva Natural do Cabo da Boa Esperança, visitamos o famoso Farol de Cape Point. Você tem a opção de uma caminhada curta, mas ligeiramente íngreme, em um caminho bem usado até o farol ou pode pegar o funicular até o topo. A vista é espetacular, e você pode ver baleias e golfinhos na baía.
Terminamos a manhã em Simons Town, uma lendária cidade naval com vista para False Bay. Você tem a opção de visitar a famosa colônia de pinguins em Boulders Beach (taxa de entrada não incluída na tarifa) ou passear pela histórica rua principal de Simons Town e visitar suas pitorescas lojas e museus. Temos algo para comer e beber (por sua conta) no Simons Town Mariner Wharf.
Após o almoço, voltamos para a Cidade do Cabo e o Jardim Botânico de Kirstenbosch, viajando pela rota costeira da Baía Falsa. Passamos pelas cidades litorâneas de Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, St James e Muizenberg. As ruas estão repletas de livrarias peculiares, lojas de roupas vintage, lojas de surf e uma coleção de restaurantes e delicatessens populares à beira-mar. Paramos no caminho para passear pelas ruas, fazer compras, observar os surfistas em Muizenberg, observar baleias se for a temporada de baleias e tirar fotos das famosas e coloridas cabanas de praia da era Victoria.

We had a wonderful day on the Mo Afrika Full-Day Cape Peninsula Tour, and we were truly blessed to have Alfred as our guide. From the moment the tour started, his friendly personality, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made the experience even more memorable. Alfred shared fascinating insights about Cape Town and the attractions we visited, making every stop meaningful and enjoyable. The tour was not what we expected. We didn’t do many of the stops that’s were planned on the itinerary which was a little bit disappointing. Our guide was okay although he seemed agitated and threatened to leave some of the clients if they were even a couple of minutes late to the meeting spots. Overall the tour was not what was advertised.
Amazing breathtaking tour, I was by myself with a very qualified and nice guide, Sentle, who drove and took me to the most beautiful places.
Great tour to get a quick taste of the beaches, peninsular and back into the city. Really not enough hours in the day to see and experience what this beautiful place has to share with us.
Abdoul was excellent. His knowledge about history was outstanding. Besides that, he is familiar with all local persons and locations. GREAT experiance !

A tremendous day with MoAfrika tours and my guide for the day, Sentle. Early start to beach then a wee cruise to Seal Island then to Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point, a delicious lunch at Saveur and the best part of the day for me at Boulder Beach penguins. Guide Sentle was accommodating, friendly and knowledgable and whilst a long day, it was superb. Highly recommend this tour to everyone, stunning scenery and wildlife.
