Excursão de dia inteiro em Salda + Pamukkale e Hierápolis saindo de Antalya

No one showed up and tour operator advised they never received the reservation. Got up at 5:30 am on our holiday and lost 90 minutes and not a single person has reached out to apologise or offer a solution . I found my ow solution , I upgraded my tour through get myide and the tour took place the next-day , get my guide have a very fast live chat and were able to confirm the new booking immediately . I need someone from viator to email me so I can send you the receipt for the price difference you will be compensating.

I wish this review was about the actual tour but that never happened. We arrived for pickup point at 05:45 and waited for 90 minutes and no one showed . We eventually managed to contact the tour operator through WhatsApp who eventually confirmed that Trip advisor never emailed them the booking despite confirming it with me. I then received an automated refund email , TripAdvisor did not reach out to provide an appropriate solution at this point .

Nice one-day excursion at an excellent price from Antalya to Pamukkale with a stop also at Salda Lake including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The program needs to be improved because they give you 40 minutes for Salda Lake and 3 hours for Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Cleopatra Pool and then they make various stops at companies selling typical products so most of the time is spent between bus travel and meal or shopping stops instead that time could be used to spend more time in Salda Lake and Pamukkale.

The pamukkale day tour was excellent and unforgettable for me and my family😊 1. Sightseeing:- all the places visited are nicely covered and enough for visitors. 2. Tour guide:- he is out of this world and having amazing knowledge about all the places. He was a real anchor and guiding perfectly, ensuring all understands same way especially at pamukkale location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.cost - it was very much reasonable for the entire arrangement of tour including food. Food quality was also good.💫💫💫💫 4. Safety- the driver was just superv and day long driving was totally safe. 5. Timings- sincerly everything was disciplined and well organised. Thank u

We really enjoyed our excursion to pamekkule. It was well organised & our guide was very good. There were a few stops along the way to support local businesses which we kind of expected as we have done these kind of yours previously. The only thing we found a little bit disappointing is that we only had 3 hours to explore & would have liked more time. We felt 3 hours was too short & would have preferred to be there 4-5 hours. Other than that no complaints at all. 😁 It is a long day and lots of time spent on the coach but it was comfortable and air con was good.

Our preference was Lake Salda... it needs more attention, to be a little more exploited. Also as suggestion to give extra time for Pamukkale
