We had a fantastic tour with Rasa, a full day of sightseeing and learning more about Kakadu. Rasa has an excellent knowledge of the area and wildlife , and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with her.
Rasa was an outstanding guide/driver for our day tour. She has excellent knowledge of Kakadu National Park and associated wildlife. We enjoyed our day immensely and would recommend the tour and Rosa as your guide.
Rasa gave us the most amazing day visiting Kakadu. Her knowledge and passion for this land and its people is infectious. Nothing was too much trouble. We traveled at a comforting pace with plenty of stops. Can’t wait to come back and explore more. Thanks Rasa. Dave & Ingrid Perth
Amazing private tour with a very pleasant guide and excellent way to see Kakadu without driving yourself. It’s a long day but well worth having a guide and private vehicle. Highly recommend and great value for money.
Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to meet you both and spend the day with you two. Take care, come back and visit again one day
Not worth the money especially when your time is precious. We got more from Darwins botanical garden which is free! We visited with Kings AAT. A long 13 hour day with most of it on the coach with repetitive scenery. Interesting view from the toad for about 30 mins tops. The trip includes dropping staff at their new work place, dropping to and collecting guests from a hotel as well as waiting ages for those who paid to go on a scenic flight to return. Wetlands boat ride was good but 13 hours outing to only benefit from a 90 minute boat ride doesn't seem worth it! Lunch was ok but a little rushed. Litchfield park trip much nicer.
Hello, this is the incorrect business profile - and your review has been published on the incorrect business page, Sacred Owl Tours is a micro group tour company, we don’t offer any guests scenic flights options, so you wouldn’t have been on my tour. Sorry to hear about your disappointment in Kakadu, from a quick glance at the itinerary- it could be the bus coach company tour to Yellow Water full day tour - please remove this review from the Sacred Owl Tours business page. Thank you
We had a wonderful time with Rasa, our guide (and owner of the company)- we saw some amazing wildlife (first time seeing a dingo despite living in Australia for 11 years!), and Rasa was very flexible and great at spotting and identifying wildlife. The Yellow Water cruise was fascinating and highly enjoyable (~8 saltwater crocodiles spotted!). The rock art sites at the foot of the escarpment were awesome, and the scenery was stunning. Lunch is included (as was breakfast), and there was a nice range of tasty options. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time with Rasa, and highly recommend this tour!
Thank you so much for writing a beautiful review - it’s greatly appreciated! It was a pleasure to meet you and spend the day with you. Take care
The experiences in Kakadu were amazing the Yellow Water river cruise was spectacular the guide was informative and knowledgeable Our guide on our tour was knowledgeable efficient and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us to enjoy this tour I would highly recommend this tour
Thank you very much! I appreciate your wonderful review, it’s extremely helpful ! Take care
The trip to Kakadu is a big day trip from Darwin but Rasa makes it the best experience possible. She is passionate about her work and very focussed on making sure the clients get the most out of the day, offering options for the trip depending on the weather as well as personal preferences. A great alternative to the larger group tours operated by other providers.
Thank you for sharing ! I greatly appreciate your kind words and wonderful review 😄 it was a pleasure to meet you and spend the day with you.
very well organized , Rasa is highly customer oriented and always in good mood. Food was very good and more than enough 😊
Thank you so very much ! Your kind words are greatly appreciated 👏
The tour guide didn’t show up. Only after calling did we find out that the provider was on vacation, even though we had received a reminder email just the day before. Recommendation: check in advance to make sure the tour is really taking place. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a replacement tour because it was too last-minute. However, to be fair, I was refunded the money on the same day.
Hello. I apologise, we are still unable to determine how this booking was not transferred over in the change of software providers. As discussed on the morning of your tour, Sacred Owl Tours has changed booking systems from Farehabor to Rezdy, all the existing bookings were transferred over from Fareharbour. Im still unsure of how this booking was able to be missed in the transfer of information. I was away on holidays, and unable to arrnage anything last minute. Again I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I hope you had a wonderful stay in Darwin.
