Betty's Bay é uma cidade costeira a uma hora a leste da Cidade do Cabo. Era uma estação baleeira no final de 1800. Mais tarde, tornou-se mais conhecida por seu inusitado morador: o pinguim africano! Os pinguins se estabeleceram na praia de Stoney Point no século XX. Isso fez de Stoney point uma das 2 colônias de pinguins do continente. Os hóspedes terão algum tempo para caminhar pela praia dos pinguins e ver os pinguins de perto.
Seria uma injustiça passar por uma das melhores regiões vinícolas do país e não parar. O Hemel n Aarde (região vinícola está perto do mar e a uma altitude mais elevada do que Cape Winelands. Este é o clima perfeito para a casta de clima frio. De Cabo Agulhas, nossa jornada nos levará por uma pitoresca vila chamada Elim. Elim foi fundada em 1824 por colonos alemães. Era a 3ª estação da Morávia perto da Cidade do Cabo e muito pouco mudou ao longo dos anos. Fileiras de casas caiadas de branco com telhados de palha se alinham nas ruas desta charmosa vila. E todas as ruas ladeadas de figueiras levam à igreja! Os hóspedes terão tempo para passear e visitar o pequeno jardim de rosas da cidade.
3 horas A sudeste da Cidade do Cabo A cidade é a ponta mais meridional do continente africano: o Cabo das Agulhas. É aqui que o quente Oceano Índico colide com o gelado Atlântico. A costa acidentada abriga mais de 21 000 zonas húmidas e aves marinhas de diferentes tipos. O Serengeti dos mares, assim chamado por causa de sua vida marinha diversificada, também faz parte do reino floral do Cabo. O reino floral mais rico do mundo! Cerca de 2000 espécies de plantas diferentes são residentes nesta área e mais de 100 são endêmicas. Enquanto estivermos aqui, você terá bastante tempo para explorar as planícies costeiras. Você também pode visitar o farol do Cabo das Agulhas; o segundo mais antigo da África do Sul. Uma caminhada até o cume do farol oferece uma visão panorâmica da cidade e do museu na parte inferior.

This is a great tour exploring the cape outside of Cape Town. It is a long tour, but our guide, Danson, tailored the day to our liking. We were able to skip places that were not of interest to us and enjoy more time at other places. Danson is very knowledgeable about the entire area and made the long drives feel much shorter with his informative description of each place and its history. If you have time, I’d highly recommend this tour and Danson as your guide. He really made experience very enjoyable.

The trip to Cqpe Agulhas was PERFECT. Well curated with adequate time to have lunch, spend time to see penguins, walk along the beach, climb the lighthouse. Our guide Peter was AMAZING! knowledgeable about not just the tour but also Cape town and South Africa as a whole. He was engaging but not overwhelming. Even with my teenage children. Very professional. My interaction with Pauline was very professional, she answered all my questions and enquiries. I would highly recommend this tour with this company.
