1. Parada para alimentação 1- Macarrão artesanal decorado com flores comestíveis. , Servido com raiz de lótus, flor de bananeira, feijão longo, picles fermentados e levemente temperados ao estilo cambojano e ervas locais frescas e pimenta opcional.
Parada de comida 2 perto do belo palácio de comida local da estrada 60. - Panqueca de arroz recheada com carne de porco picada, camarões e broto de feijão. Servido com um delicioso molho de amendoim e uma variedade de ervas e vegetais frescos locais.
3. Parada de comida 3- Bolo frito salgado, de influência chinesa, mas tipicamente cambojano. Bolo à base de arroz recheado com cebolinha, servido com molho de amendoim doce.
Parada para comida 4- Peixe fermentado cambojano cozido na tábua (Pro Hook Dot) pequeno peixe de oito milímetros de comprimento pescado em Tonle Sap e no rio Mekong - que foi picado e amassado para cozinhar junto com capim-limão, alho e galanga. Servido com Legumes e Arroz.
Parada 5: Arroz pegajoso e coquetéis. , -Pegue sobremesas cambojanas no mercado antigo. - Aprecie-os em um bar próximo, em uma área tranquila e arborizada, onde você poderá desfrutar de um coquetel refrescante.

We booked the tour a few days ago and it was the best experience we made with Yi! He knows what tourists like to eat and he's very kind and attentive. The food and spots were unique and we ended up in a pretty bar, trying tasteful local Gin. We had a perfect evening, highly recommended! Thank you much Yi!

This tour was beyond amazing. If you go to Siem Reap, I highly recommend this food tour to learn about the local culture through culinary cuisines. We went from restaurant to restaurant experiencing dishes we would have never discovered on our own, as well as learning the history about the classic popular dishes. The entire tour felt like we were eating with a long-time friend. Sharing stories over beer and delicious food. We ended the night in this beautiful traditional Cambodian-style home near Pub Street, but it was bar with tasty drinks and local spirits. If you are able to go with an open mind, this will be the best tour for you. Siem Reap is so much more than Angkor Wat.

Different styles of food type. From noodles, fish, doughnut balls, it was all flavourful and a good explanation given of different ingredients and methods used. Something that would be useful would be a takeaway note of each dish & the name of location in case anyone would like to revisit or recommend
