Chegue à entrada do Parque Nacional, pague a taxa de entrada e embarque em uma caminhada revigorante. Mergulhe na floresta tropical vibrante enquanto você encontra uma variedade de vida selvagem, incluindo minks ágeis, esquilos curiosos, macacos brincalhões, borboletas coloridas e talvez até mesmo o esquivo langur de cabeça amarela, um primata raro listado no Livro Vermelho. Conquiste três montanhas conhecidas localmente como "Ang Vắt", "Mây Bầu" e "Ang Phay".Depois de completar uma caminhada de 2,5 horas que cobre cerca de 6 quilômetros, chegue ao Pond Frog, o maior lago de água doce aninhado no meio da Floresta Nacional. A partir das profundezas do lago, as árvores elevadas "Va Nuoc" alcançam o céu, uma espécie única para o lago de rãs e encontrada em nenhum outro lugar na Ilha Cat Ba. Observe as diversas espécies de peixes e caranguejos que habitam o lago, e faça uma pausa bem merecida de 30 minutos. Continuar a sua caminhada a partir do Pond Frog, subindo a última montanha chamada "Doc Dài" para chegar à aldeia Viet Hai, um assentamento antigo tranquilo de cerca de 100 famílias.
Durante nossa caminhada pela Floresta Nacional Cat Ba, paramos na Vila Viet Hai. Aqui teremos uma massagem de pés na corrente de peixes, e almoçaremos no restaurante com pratos impregnados com a identidade cultural da população local. Em seguida, vamos andar de bicicleta para visitar a aldeia e mover-se para o cais para embarcar no barco para visitar Vinh Lan Ha. Viet Hai é uma aldeia profunda no Parque Nacional Cat Ba com beleza original e extremamente pacífica. Este lugar realmente trará aos visitantes experiências e descobertas interessantes
Faça um passeio de bicicleta de 5 quilômetros para o porto de Viet Hai, onde você embarcará em um cruzeiro de barco pitoresco através da baía de Lan Ha. Beautiful day of trekking in an international group of about 12 people including Vietnamese and Europeans, with animals and nature. Also beautiful bike ride once you reach the village, good lunch and return to Cat Hai by boat with stops for kayaking and swimming. Gecko is a careful and fun guide!

We had so much fun on this tour! We loved that there was a mix of hiking, biking, and swimming! Two people on our tour slipped on rocks and cut their leg (very minor injuries) but our guide Gecko, was quick to attend these injuries and assist first aid on both of them. Gecko was a stand up guide, he gave us lots of information on the history and pointed out every creature we saw! He even took lots of photos for us! Gecko was super friendly and we cant recommend him and this tour enough!
Top experience! All schedules and instrucrions were always super clear, no randon wait times or confusions. The guide was very friendly and we chatted a kit about the nature of Cat Ba and my own contry, as well as hiking experiences overall. You really know when the guide also wants to be on that trip. I also got to meet other travellers and had great chats with them too. The more expensive price includes good lunch and all tickets and fees, unlike the cheaper options you might find. So really the price is the same but you get less hassle. What I really liked also was the pacing of the day. Good combo and timings of relaxing and more demanding hiking or other sports. You need to be medium fit and agile to enjoy the hike through the park. It is not too difficult, but I suggest to have some experience with slightly more difficult terrain.
Today I went out with Gekko. A friendly, cheerful hard-working man. We walked about 10 km through the jungle a beautiful and varied route. If you are reasonably fit I would definitely recommend this tour.
Hieu was very friendly and took great care of the group, sharing about Vietnamese wildlife and culture. He made sure the group was safe and helped everyone have fun and be silly too - highly recommend. The hike is very vigorous so make sure you’re in good shape to climb up and down uneven rocks.
It was a spectacular trek, climbing the typical limestone rocks of the island and walking in the forest, followed by a relaxing stop for lunch, with foot massage done by fish and to finish a boat path with the possibility of kayaking or swimming in the bay. A busy day immersed in nature. Only note, the trekking is defined as medium but I think it is of a challenging level, at least for Italian levels. However Geko, our guide, was patient and kind and supported us with sympathy, despite our slow pace. Thank you!
Guides were very helpful and Lin was exceptional. Very good and informative tour. Fresh and delicious food for lunch and an all round fantastic experience. Would recommend 👌 👍
