Right from personalizing the entire itinerary, making changes to the plans and pricing to actual execution including but not limited to arranging cars, drivers, English speaking guides and dealing with last minute emergencies - Carl was available every minute of the day (and night) over a quick call and message. He checked in regularly, responded promptly and was utmost professional. He also came and met us in HaNoi gave us wonderful gifts since he is based out of HaNoi. I can't praise GADT and Carl enough. It was an excellent experience right from the beginning. The operator was proactive in following up with us to ensure we reached the right place from which the tour would start. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see how coconut candy was manufactured, taste a bit of the coconut candy, taste snake wine, travel in a bamboo boat along a tributary of the Mekong Delta, feed the fish, feed the crocodiles (one has to pay extra for this), visit a honey farm and sample the honey, listen to a folk song sung by the locals (this was really beautiful) and visit a nearby Pagoda which had three fascinating statues of a laughing buddha, reclining buddha and a female buddha. Overall the tour took about 9 hours to complete and was well worth the experience. We are glad that we chose to do the Mekong Delta full day tour instead of clubbing it along with Cu Chi tunnels as that would have been really tiring. A full day tour allows you to experience the Mekong Delta at a leisurely pace. This tour run by GADT travels is very well organized and highly recommended for travellers.

The excursion is very nice and very varied and very fun! We eat fruit, honey, play music... The Mekong Delta is magnificent and should be done without any hesitation! I just wish the boat ride lasted more than 15 minutes! Otherwise go there with your eyes closed
