This tour was the highlight of our Costa Maya stop. The lagoon was gorgeous, and the water colors were stunning. We had a nice time cruising around and learning about the area from our friendly guide. The cenote swim was a nice break and a unique experience. The lunch afterward was tasty and authentic. The transportation was smooth, and we didn’t have to worry about getting back to the ship. Would definitely do this again!

What a fantastic tour! From the moment we stepped onto the boat, we felt like we were in paradise. The lagoon is breathtaking, and the guide made it so much fun with his knowledge of the area. We even got to relax and enjoy some tasty snacks and drinks on the boat. The lunch at the local restaurant was delicious, and we really enjoyed the local flavors. This tour was absolutely amazing! The boat ride through Bacalar Lagoon was so peaceful, and the water really is as beautiful as they say. Our guide shared interesting stories about the history and pirates of the area, which made the experience even better. We also stopped for a swim in a cenote—what a refreshing experience! Lunch afterward was delicious, and we were back at the port on time. Highly recommend it! Worth every penny!

Terrible. We were stood up by the tour operator who never showed up to take us on the tour and the customer service from viator was no help at all even after submitting extensive documentation that proved we were at the correct pick up location. This was my first and last time ever booking through viator.

However, after carefully reviewing the situation, our records show that the tour departed on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, you arrived at the meeting point more than 2 hours after the scheduled departure time, which is why no staff was present when you got there. Out of respect for the rest of the guests and to ensure a smooth, safe return to port for all cruise passengers, we must follow a strict schedule. For this reason, we’re unable to offer a refund in cases of late arrival. We truly regret any disappointment this caused and hope you’re still able to enjoy the rest of your time in the Caribbean.
