The best 2026 guides and tour !
Our tour guide Carlos curated the perfect tour for our family of 5- 3 kids ages 6-12. He had a welcome sign for us and was waiting right when we exited. Great communication with us before to make sure of flight details. He had a big suburban/expedition truck that fit all 5 of my family and luggage just fine and took us on a tour to release baby sea turtles on the beach. It was a great educational moment and the kids favorite part. After we went to the crocodile farm more in the remote/village area of Acapulco. We got to see huge crocodiles and hold a baby one! We ate some local ice cream at the farm called paletas and it was so tasty! After, we went to a local restaurant that was on the river and had local fresh made food including the fish that was caught that morning! After lunch, we went on a boat ride right out of the restaurant and got to see many local birds and herons. What a sight! And spoiled with a fresh mud facial from the waters. Hands down the best tour and tour guide! Thank you so much Carlos for your hospitality!
Came on time to pick me up for the city tour Took me to the beautiful places in Acapulco Helped with the local people as my spanish is not good. Very Nice person. I highly recommend.

Carlos is amazing!!! He waited when our flight was late to Acapulco from Mexico city. Super friendly, totally professional, courteous, clean SUV and very informative about Acapulco's places to visit. I highly recommend this taxi driver/service. You will not be sorry with this service. also, he's what'sapp communication skills are the best

Carlos is wonderful! I booked him originally for just an airport transfer with a quick stop at Walmart, but we then decided to book his Acapulco city tour. He is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy sharing that with other people. He provided yummy margaritas and cerveza. He also knew all the best spots for pictures and told us where to stand while he took pictures of us with my phone. I personally loved just driving around looking at the city, but he also took us to the chapel on the hill, shared fun facts about some of the old glamorous houses and hotels, took us to a little market to shop and made us a reservation at La Perla for dinner and the cliff diving show. At the end of the night he told me to let him know when we needed to be back at the airport and he would pick us up again for a transfer, which of course I did. It was nice to see a familiar face throughout the week. I would happily give him a call when we visit again.

Carlos was on time. Picked us up at our hotel as promised. Comfortable air conditioned Suburban. The tour was as described.
