+ Hotels were good standard, clean, nice breakfast. Had Wifi. + Camp Aladdin in Wadi Rum was well organized, pleasant - English speaking guides at shared bus would have helped - Pickup at airport worked, drop off at airport or hotel NOT. - Bus rides wasted tremendous amount of time: one 4 hr ride took 9 hours - Bus rides offered no water nor WiFi. - Left by bus driver without Wifi/map or speaking Arabic at gas station in foreign country very unsettling. - Paid over $60JD for things that were included according to Booking tour information
We are so sorry to hear this, the tour details mentioned everything about the tour, when you book the tour you chose a group shared tour not a private one, there wasn't anything mentioned as included and you have to pay extra for it? You tour wasn't including hotel or airport drop off, the bus driver left you at nearest point to your hotel. What happened in the gas station wasn't your or our mistake that you deal with bad taxi driver. when you book a tour with a start point far more than 30 KM from the city sure it will be expansive, Again we are sorry for this. Akram was a great driver. Managed to bring us to each location on time and also managed to bring us to some gift shops so we could get some great deals. Highly recommended when planning your next trip.
