The trip was wonderful. Well organised. Our guide Claudio Andia is absolutely great and caring. Full marks to Claudio.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the excursion to Lake Titicaca and the visit to the floating islands. We truly appreciate your kind words about Claudio Andia; he is an exceptional guide who genuinely cares for each of our passengers. We strive to provide well-organized and memorable experiences, and it's rewarding to know we achieved that with you. We hope to see you again in the future for more adventures. Best wishes!

This was an excellent and well-organized tour. The long bus ride from Cusco to Puno was filled with interesting facts and information. Most of the stops were good, but the one at Pukalani wasn't needed in my opinion. The hotel in Puno was great, and all aspects of the lake tour were great.

We were leery of the long bus ride from Cusco to Puno but it was very pleasant and the time went fast. There were just enough stops to keep you interested and our tour guide was fantastic. His name was Enrique and we all called him Ricky. There was no one waiting for us when we arrived at the bus depot in Puno and he stayed with us and called Valencia until someone showed up. He definitely took that extra step. After being in Cusco for several days Puno was a little disappointing but the boat ride to Uros Island and then Taquile Island more than made up for it. The floating islands were amazing and I am still telling stories about them a month after. We then flew back to Cusco from Juliaca. We did not have to retrace our steps with a long bus ride. They have a very nice, new airport in a city I would not recommend stopping in or even passing through. Valencia Travel took very good care of us throughout.

It was good but It was a little more physical than expected and the briefing before hand did not fully explain this. it was beautiful and informative.

Tour guides were mediocre - either language barrier or little depth of knowledge. Handling (bus tickets, rides to/from bus station) was handled by independents. I had to contact them for bus tickets, departure times, etc. ride from bus station to Cusco hotel never arrived and I had to take a taxi.
