Overall a great trip.

Everything went smoothly and on time, border crossings, transport to Petra, Eilat and Jerusalem. We paid $80 extra for a 4 star hotel. The price of the hotel for one night was only $80, so why were we overcharged. The standard hotel was $40, so should have only been $40 more.

Thank you for raising this. We’re glad the overall logistics ran smoothly, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to review the hotel upgrade pricing with you directly to clarify the breakdown. Our team is always happy to look into this further.

Let txapote vote for you

Let Txapote vote for you; The tour is good, the first thing is that they sell you a tour in which in theory everything is included, but then come the extras, which are very good, but you have to pay a fortune on top of what you have already paid. For example in Aqaba, the options for the 3 hours that they are going to leave you there, or eating for 25 euros, when anywhere there you eat for half, going on a boat that charges you 75 euros or the private beach that was like 40 euros, but they sell you that in the public ones you can't even bathe because you can't even be in a bikini, they also give you the option of going on your own for free, but between 40 degrees, and little more than that you can't bathe or do anything They put you between a rock and a hard place. Then they take you to live the experience in the desert, to a Bedouin camp, it's cool, but if you want to go see the stars, you pay, if you want to ride a camel, you pay, that is, all the extras and not at market price , but overrated. Don't leave the camp, they sell you a camp in the middle of the desert, and in reality when you leave you are 200 m from the road. Then the guide takes you to his friends' stores so that you pay more than anywhere else, on top of that he tricks you by saying that it is cheaper, the same with the restaurant and so on. On Petra's day, summer, 40 degrees, they make you have breakfast at 7 and then leave at 9 and stop for half an hour at their colleagues' place to arrive and start...at 12! And wake up, you have to be to eat at 4, if you want to eat, and of course, to see the Petra monastery is an hour and a half of kick, without exaggeration. Regrettable. Ah! And prepare tips for nothing

unforgettable

Jordan is an amzing country that you must visit. After you cross the border in Aquaba you have several options how to spend 3 hours, but it has an extra cost costs depends on which program you choose. I recommend the camel ride at sunset.(There is a camel ride at sunrise as well. You can sign up for the program after arrival, but you need to pay in cash.) We got a free room upgrade at the camp, the view was beautiful from our tent. The highlight of the tour was Petra. If you quickly go ahead leaving your group and guide behind, you might have enough time to get to the monastery as well. But you can also sign up for the 3 days tour, so you will have an extra day in Petra.

Just didn't happen

Basically the story with Tourist Israel is like that: I come to a meeting point, can't see the bus. I am trying to call, write, no answering. No one is contacting me. After an hour or so they contact me asking if i managed to get to bus. Asked to refund, refused giving a defensive answers like I didn't leave my local? phone number. I take the responsibility for being 5 min late, but leaving without any contacting was surprising.

Excellent add-on when visiting Israel.

Well organised tour on both sides of the border. Punctual and orderly. There is sufficient time to see quite a bit of Petra and the visit to Wadi Rum is equally spectacular. Both well worth visiting.

Worth every penny.

The desert tour didn't sound as great in the description as it was. A unique experience with many highlights and great accommodation in the bubbles. The camel ride into the sunrise is definitely worth it. The visit to Petra was well organized, the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Border crossings were also well organised. Overall, we collected great impressions and exchanged ideas with people from all over the world within the group.

Do yourself a favor, and don’t

I was going to be going on their tour, when we were informed two days before that it was cancelled. Understand that we had planned our entire trip around this. Hotels, restaurants, places we’d be going before and after. When we reached out to them only out to confirm, we were told that no, we couldn’t, because the border was closed. I was shocked. Apparently, the border had been closed on those days, but they had booked us anyways, in the “hope” that it opened up for the days we were going. They let us book, pay, and plan our entire dream trip around their “hope” to then only have the decency to inform us of their oversight two days before. This is not because they reached out to us, but only because we were confirming, as we had heard only absolute radio silence from them all this time. We tried desperately moving things around, anything to see if we could finally go and see the very reason that we traveled halfway across the world. But, we’d have to pay over a 1000 in cancellation fees and rebooking. When informed of this, they simply shrugged their shoulders over email and didn’t even offer a genuine apology or acknowledgement that this was their fault. I’m frankly disgusted, and excruciatingly sad that this place that I’ve dreamed of is impossible for us now. Do yourself a favor please, and pay any extra quantity of money that you have to, and avoid this company. Go ahead and save yourself the trouble.
