Our experience in Jerusalem was very smooth and well organized. Pick-up and drop-off were perfectly managed by the agent, and the driver and tour guide were all very cooperative, friendly, and professional. Agent Aidan, Guide Judeh, and Driver Hani were extremely helpful and made the journey comfortable and stress-free. This trip felt like a lifetime experience and the fulfillment of a long-time wish, which made it even more special and emotional for us. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a Muslim guide, as it would allow for deeper and more detailed insight into Muslim history and Islamic sites. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.
