Não é o seu típico tour de Liberty Bell, este Dark Philly Adult Night Tour, no entanto, atravessa o caminho de nossos Padres Fundadores e duplica-se como um tour histórico e de turismo que inclui conteúdo de público maduro e histórias de fantasmas. Caminhamos diretamente até o icônico Liberty Bell para vê-lo iluminado em sua exibição da noite.
Independence Hall, onde a Declaração e a Constituição foram assinadas, está sentada diretamente do outro lado da rua, a partir de um famoso burro e berço de iniquidade, onde estadistas e esportistas eram conhecidos por frequentar. Absolutely love the evening tours with someone who loves history and can share the “backstory” pieces you don’t get with the traditional tours. Ted was a wonderful host and we would encourage adults who aren’t especially sensitive to adult topics or language to sign up for this one!
excellent evening walking tour. it was edgy with language and quite funny. our guide Ted was excellent. i can only imagine what fun he is being a high school history teacher by day.

Amazing tour led by Ted. My boyfriend was apprehensive about a 2 hour long “walking lesson”. I knew I would love it and he ended up loving it just as much! It was a great combination of some history and dark/shocking tails of the underbelly of Philly. There was great humor, interesting stories, and times where my jaw dropped. Ted was especially kind and led a fantastic tour. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. A total highlight for me AND my boyfriend.
We enjoyed this tour a lot, Our guide, Brittni, had a good loud voice and we never had problems hearing her, she was also funny and knowledgeable of a lot of local history. This is an 18+ dark history / ghost tour so that means that she was able to curse, tell bawdy jokes and be irreverent while also being able to tell us about some of the more graphic details, (but honestly, I've been on other ghost walks that were just as graphic without the 18+ label, the big difference here was the humor she was able to get away with - which is a hard line to walk, she could have easily gone too far and made it too comedic or bawdy but she held it together well) The tour itself mainly stays around the Independence Hall so if you don't like tours that walk you all over the place, this one stays within three blocks of the starting location (or so) I believe the tour itself was around 2 hours, so a decent amount of time, for the price, though there are many tours out there that are cheaper, this may be an extension of a tour in a bigger city or maybe the price of these things is on the rise and I'm just getting old and remembering the good ol' days when one of these things cost $15 - $20 not $40 to $60 a person (just checked, Gettysburg tours are around $30 so this is on the pricier side) - I think our crowd was around 20(ish) people so it was about average. I think this tour is good for adults that want to enjoy a little more humor in their dark history tours, people who want a ghost tour to give you more history than just sensational stories and people who dont like children XD
I booked the tour for something cool to do while I was off for a few days. We drove from Baltimore that afternoon. Brittni was our guide and she’s not only knowledgeable, she’s funny, witty & has a colorful personality we loved! We both learned a lot & it made me want to learn more. Use the restroom first, and enjoy!
Brittni was great! She was entertaining and also shared very honest accounts of the sites we saw and the stories that she had heard. My college age son enjoyed it too and even commented the next morning that it was a good choice!
