I spent 3 days in Cairo, and had the best experience thanks to Mimmo’s amazing service and knowledge. I have never had a tour guide that was so knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. Mimmo not only customized my tour, was flexible to change the plan through the day, patiently answered all my detailed questions, but also spent a lot of time and effort to take so many amazing pictures. Mimmo truly made my trip to Cairo unforgettable!!

We stayed for 21 days in Egypt and Cleopatra Egypt Tours booked our accommodation, internal flights, and selected activities - pyramids, dinner cruise,, Nile cruise with Abu Simbel, a few days in Hurghada, back to Cairo, light show, Cairo by night, shopping, temple and mosque tours. We had a great experience with them. There were personal guides at all the different locations - all were professional and informative. Most of our time was spent with Franco in Cairo. He was very friendly, accommodating and flexible with our preferences. He showed us a lot including food and juice options. Some guides will ask if you wish to go to high quality shops not in the itinerary - fragrance/oil, cotton, papyrus, spices. It’s up to you, you can say no, or go and look and not buy. Be prepared to haggle to cost - they start high but are flexible. Accommodation varied in quality and were acceptable. We had a minor issue with one location, contacted Massimo at Cleopatra and the problem was solved. Communication was excellent during the whole process from booking to leaving. There were many emails back and forth planning the trip - Massimo was patient and helpful all the way. During our stay What’s App was used to organize daily activity times, pickup times, question answering. There is someone available 24 hours to help if needed. Egypt is very different to where we live in Australia. Egypt its older , dustier and has a different culture. Being aware and open to this will help you enjoy your time there. Having personalized guides and assistance available through Cleopatra tours all the way made us feel safe and we loved our experience in Egypt. We were not used to tipping. In Egypt tipping is expected whenever someone does something for you - it’s up to you how much you give. Cleopatra tours policy says they do not expect you to give tips to their guides - however a sign of appreciate by tipping is welcomed. We did tip all our guides as they provided a great service. A few dollars from us goes a long way to help them. We had a great time and highly recommend Cleopatra tours as being professional, helpful, informative and value for money.

Our tour guide, Mohammed, was excellent. Having taken tours in many countries, our guide was wonderful in guiding us in experiencing many items of culture, history and food of Cairo.

I find this cleopatra Égypt tour info in my travel Italian group. I make a first check seeing Instagram and Google reviews. I ask only a device about activities and prices. I get what exactly ask. We travel with a 5 years old kid and from first moment in cairo airport we fell always safe. I love this trip. Thanks to cleopatra. Everything was parfait. Guide, private driver, hotel, food , EVERYTHING. We come back for a next trip in Egypt with you.

The entire trip was amazing but my favorite part of the tour was the Valley of Kings! I saw King Tut!!! Our tour guide Mo is simply the BEST!!!

My friend and I booked our excursion online through Cleopatra Egypt Tours to go sightseeing in Cairo. We were picked up at our hotel in a private car and transferred back at the end of the day. Our guide, Mimmo, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience - even extending our tour to show us landmarks off the beaten path. We visited mosques, Islamic Cairo, Khan el Khalili, and the Coptic Church. In addition to being a knowledgeable Egyptologist, he’s a wonderful storyteller, and world class host. If you have the chance to take a tour with him you must, because if I could give him a million stars I would. Grazie mille, Mimmo!

My husband and I spent 5 nights and 4 days in Cairo and Alexandria at the beginning of February and may I say it was perfect! Beginning several months ago with Massimo he designed a wonderful trip for us in Cairo. Starting with being picked up at the airport and helping us checkin to our hotel, to suggesting extra special sights that we were interested in. Our driver Waleed was great in navigating the crazy Cairo streets and Mamdouh our guide was interesting and fun. We had great conversations. Alexandria was lovely and a nice change of pace. Our guide Mohammed was quite good there as well. Don't miss the catacombs! Really cannot recommend Cleopatra tours too much. Every question answered and every dream realized!

We returned to our home full of wonderful impressions from Egypt. We also have to note that we had good intuition when we chose Cleopatra Tours to arrange excursions during our stay in Cairo. We can not say who was better - the conscientious and caring driver who was thinking of every little thing, Ms. Dudu that showed us the history of Egypt or a fun and interesting Mohammed who showed us how Cairo lives and breathes. Thanks to them, we had two wonderful days that we will remember forever! We tried local food, met beautiful people and historical sights, and we will definitely return to Cairo. We will definitely recommend Cleopatra Tours as an agent to offer their clients the best possible service according to the needs and wishes of every traveler. We felt safe in Cairo and we hope that tourists will return to your town more and more because Cairo is a town where they can enjoy a lot of things.
