We had a great day and our tour guide Tien was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and gave us insight into BaNa Hills and My Son Sanctuary. It was definitely worth seeing!

Great communication with Tommy, we made some last minute changes to pickup time and activities of the day which was absolutely accommodated by Tommy. I panicked the night before that Apple maps showed 2 hours drive from Hoi An to Ba Na Hills, but in fact it is only 1 hour because the second half of the journey is by the very fast cable car (not driving up the mountain like maps says). Tommy came along for part of our journey to pickup his new van, and was full of energy and so welcoming of us in Vietnam and on his tour. Our lovely guide Tien was very knowledgeable, great English speaking, great company, and happily took photos of us when we requested throughout the day. I was surprised how beneficial it was having a guide at Ba Na, this place was absolutely massive and crowded and confusing, requiring multiple cable cars and trains to get between different parts. She was invaluable and we would have missed a lot of the sights on our own, not realising they existed. Loved our day at Ba Na, it really surprised us. We changed the My Son stop to Marble Mountain and did enjoy this (and came home with some beautiful hand sculpted marble souvenirs!). We were well looked after and loved our tour!

Kong is an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable, kept us on schedule (we had a lot to cover), and was quite funny. We also learnt a lot about Vietnam's history, lifestyle, and culture. Amazing tour ... highly recommended!

I cannot describe how efficient , friendly and fast the communication was from day 1 that I booked . Except from the guided tour I also used a transfer from airport to hoi an city . When I opened my mobile after I landed I found a message welcoming me in da nang and informing me that the driver is waiting for me ( which of course that was the service about but the message when I landed was more than expected for me )As for the tour: driver and car amazing , the tour guide very engaging and able to answer all the questions about the sightseeing or the life and culture in Vietnam in general. My husband and I ended our honeymoon in Hoi An and Da Nang. We did two tours: Ba Na Hills & Golden Hands Bridge - My Son Holyland and Marble Mtns, Lady Buddha Statue, and Dragon Bridge Fire/Water Show. Tommy was very communicative throughout the whole process of arranging our private tour group. Our guides Huy and Kong were amazing! They were filled with such knowledge and really made the experience. We were lucky to even go to some local places to eat - which both were amazing!
