Besrial Was absolutely delighted to be with. Very personable, helpful, informative and accommodating. We are so pleased to have him as a driver/ tour guide
Albinhar was our guide. Super informative and courteous. We got a good sense of history and nature. 10/10 would recommend. Well done. Good sweet n sour chicken at lunch
The highlight of the tour was the waterfalls (a must for any nature lovers). However I am giving the tour an over all star rating of 2. The interinary states 3 stops to include Batu Caves, Templar Park (1 hour) and Waterfalls (1 hour). Issues I had; 1. There was no stop for 1 hour at Templar Park. No reason was given for this such as being closed? We just didn't stop there. Instead we stopped at Batik Factory which isn't listed on the itinerary. Stopping at the Bakit Factory made me feel pressured into buying items that I wasn't particularly interested in. 2. I did not have 1 hour at the waterfalls. I was given 40 mins and told to be back at the carpark in 40 mins. There are 5 waterfalls in total but my driver told me do not go up past the third one. By the time I had walked up to the third waterfall, I had very little time for swimming before having to head back to the car. 3. Batu caves had a lot of construction going on at the time of my trip (Dec.2025) and was a little underwhelming. 4. My driver was very friendly but not professional. He spent the whole car journey talking about inappropriate stuff (As a solo female traveller) he was telling me about other customers love life and calling me sexy. When he stopped at the waterfalls entrance, he told another male that he had a very sexy lady in the car. (Taken with a pinch of salt because I understand every country is different and I am a confident solo traveller having travelled a lot, but it was very unprofessional). In hindsight, I would have been better to get a taxi to the waterfalls to spend as much time as I had liked there. I paid £84 (UK pounds) for this trip but given the fact one stop was missed and my time was limited on the other stops, I do not believe the trip to be worth this amount. The trip is advertised from £46 per person, but as a solo traveller, you pay the cost of two persons regardless. It would have been cheaper for me to get a Grab taxi to these places.
First of all, I live nature and so waterfalls is a natural choice for me. Batu Caves is a bonus. Had a very good time with Indran. He isna very good guide, driver, political analyst and a humble family man. The tour with him was heavily packed with sights and learning but Indran made it very light with his presence. I would highly recommend this tour. And bring your swimming shorts, slippers, towel and change of clothes. The pooled water at the foot of the waterfalls (2nd station) is a lovely place to swim. The water is clear and cold - very lovely. Part of this tour is the tour in a Batik design factory and store. Awesome! I learned a lot. I could have given 5 stars to this tour but the inclusion of the watch shop was a bit of a letdown. I am a watch connoisseur but whilst this part of the tour is quite interesting, not sure the available range of watches is worth the limited time. My opinion only though. Overall, very wonderful tour. Religious / Nature (Batu Caves), Cultural (Batik Factory&Store), Watch store (fashion?) and Nature (Kanching Waterfalls). Nice mix!

We had a very nice time at the waterfall. Our guide was well versed on KL and helped educate us on the area. He was very prepared to keep our bags safe from the monkeys.

Our meal at Rendezvous was delicious and the view was spectacular. Our waiter Tim couldn't have been better. Great experience overall.
It was a memorable place in Kuala Lumpur. Batu caves with 300 steps to climb, but lot of monkeys attack if you carry plastic bags
