I wish we had more time in the Granada and time for lunch, since honestly we were very hungry after a 2 hour drive (leaving at 8am) + 3 hour tour. We were just to go back to Malaga right after the tour ended which left us very hungry and tired. For the tour, it was very nice to be able to skip the line and see Alhambra, but our guide had an issue with her microphone so basically none of us could hear anything she said, especially since there were lots of people around and we had 16 people in the group. Essentially we did not get much of a guided tour, it was mostly following her around and trying to piece together what she was saying.
Good morning Abigal, Thank you for your review. We do our best to provide the best experience for our customers and every opinion like this shows us the way to improve our services. We apologise for the inconvenience about the microphone and audiosystems. Hope you still managed to enjoyed the beauty of the Alhambra. Kind regards from Granada
Our driver Belan drove us to Alhambra from the Malaga cruise terminal without any problems even with her limited English. Once in Alhambra, the tour office (next to a restaurant) person was very courteous and coordinated with the tour person and the driver upon our completion of the tour of the garden even without our asking. The tour lady was fantastic and led our way through the garden without interruption. I highly recommended this tour.
It is an honor to have had you with us. The guide and all our team are very grateful. We hope to have you back soon! Granavision
Alhambra is the best example of a Moorish Fortress and palace. Spectacular intricate art on every wall and doorway. Large facility, lots of walking and some irregular stairs. Amazing garden areas. So much to see, we would welcome more time at each building.
Thank you very much for sharing you experience. We hope to see you back soon! Granavision
Booked this tour because a member of our party wanted to do it, but none of the rest of us knew anything about the Alhambra. Thanks to excellent guide Felipe, I have a much better appreciation for this gem. Were picked up at cruise port in Malaga, driven to Grenada, taken to tour office, went on tour, and then had time for an excellent meal (pork cheeks in chocolate sauce???!!!) and then driven back to Malaga. Seamless execution, was the highlight of an 11 day cruise.
Thank you very much for your review. It is a pleasure to all our team. We hope to see you back in the near future! Granavision
Great knowlgeable and hospitable guide and driver, in addition to the magnificent Palace and gardens.

Please heed this warning! We booked this tour through the Trip Advisor company Viator for March 26, 2019. Two days before the tour, we realized we didn’t know what time the tour started (i.e., the departure time from the port of Malaga). So we checked the Viator website using our tickets as the reference information to get to the actual tour information. The departure time was listed as 8:30. We got to the place of departure at 7:55 AM and waited and waited and waited. After no one showed up, we contacted Viator who told us we missed the tour as the actual departure time was 7:30. They also suggested that I had received one email from the tour company about 5 months earlier. I am very precise about how I manage my emails and to my knowledge I never received that email. I did receive follow up emails from Viator reminding me of the tour but none included the departure time. When I sent an email to Viator complaining about the incorrect departure time shown on their website, they just referred to the email. So I asked for proof that I was sent the email. All they sent me was a cut and paste of the text of the email they said I received; but it did not include my actual email address. However, for goodwill, they said they would refund 1/2 our money. I contacted Viator thanked them for the goodwill, but asked again why their website showed the wrong departure time and that I still wanted proof of the email (and not just a cut and paste). They replied saying that I did receive the email from the actual tour company but provided no proof and that they had to pay that tour company because we were considered a ‘no show’. I replied to them saying that because I paid Viator, my contract for the service (i.e. tour) was with Viator and not the third party tour company and again I asked them why the departure time on their website was incorrect. This time, they replied saying they would provide more goodwill of a partial refund of 1/2 our money again. However, at no time, did Viator admit any wrongdoing on their part for the wrong departure time or provide me with proof I was sent the email. Here’s my bottom line. Even though we were pleased that Viator ended up refunding the full cost of our tour, we would have preferred to have taken the tour. However, NEVER rely on information on their website for your tour.

Picked up on time by a friendly and knowledgeable driver and had a pleasant comfortable and scenic ride from Malaga to Granada about 1.5 hrs. Once at the Alhambra, the driver handed us off to a guide that took us through the Alhambra and provided an informative and interesting narration as we went through. All participants on the tour had an individual headset so we could hear the guide without having to be standing within 5 feet of him, which made the tour all the more comfortable. After a very thorough and complete tour of about 3 house we were given some time to eat or shop on our own before meeting the driver for the return trip to Malaga. All very well organized and seamless. Probably one of the best tours Ive ever been on.

The drive there was fine, he drove fast but not dangerous. He didn't speak English so couldn't ask him any questions about the surroundings.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but we had problems hearing him a lot and he didn't seemed concerned that we couldn't hear him. He also never ask us if we had any questions which I thought was unusual. Palaces are really neat to tour, there is a lot of history in there!

Excellent service! A beautiful experience! I will not hesitate to use Viator again in the future.
