I had an amazing experience on this tour, and Mohammed made the day truly unforgettable. He arrived at my pickup location right on time and even sent me a message to let me know he had arrived, which I really appreciated. The drive to the desert took around two hours, and with clear roads, the journey was smooth and comfortable. Throughout the drive, Mohammed was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions, making the trip both enjoyable and informative. Our first stop was Fanja Market, where we had time to browse local products such as traditional pottery, lamps, clay pots, and dried fish. We then visited a small house in the desert where an elderly Omani woman creates beautiful handmade crafts. There was also an opportunity to ride a camel, adding to the authentic desert experience. One of the highlights of the day was the exhilarating drive across the golden sand dunes. It was so much fun and an experience I'll never forget! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and showcased the beauty of Oman's desert landscape. After our desert adventure, we continued to Wadi Bani Khalid. The walk to the stunning emerald pools was surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush palm trees, creating spectacular views at every turn. The crystal-clear water was incredibly refreshing, and I even enjoyed a natural fish foot massage from the tiny fish in the pools—a unique and surprisingly relaxing experience! We then stopped for a late lunch, where I tried camel meat for the first time. It was absolutely delicious, and the portion was huge for such a reasonable price. What truly made this tour exceptional was Mohammed himself. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a memorable experience. He was warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing his country with visitors. As a thoughtful surprise, he even treated me to ice cream and traditional Omani karak tea, which was such a kind gesture and made the day even more special. I can't recommend this tour highly enough. If you're visiting Oman, this is an absolute must-do, and if you're lucky enough to have Mohammed as your guide, you're guaranteed an unforgettable experience. Our tour with Hamood was truly unforgettable! From the moment we met him, he was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. He expertly guided us through the breathtaking Wahiba Desert in his 4x4, making the drive across the golden sand dunes both thrilling and unforgettable. Along the way, we visited a traditional Bedouin home, where we gained a fascinating glimpse into the local culture. We also saw camels up close and had the chance to try sandboarding, which was an absolute highlight and so much fun. One of the most magical moments of the day was watching the sun set over the endless desert while enjoying a delicious cup of tea that Hamood thoughtfully prepared for us. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery created a truly unforgettable experience. Hamood's kindness, professionalism, and passion for sharing the beauty of his country made this tour even more special. An Unforgettable Desert Adventure! This was one of the best experiences we had in Oman! Ahmad pick us on time from our hotel. We drive through wadi bani khalid. Wadi Bani Khalid was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise pools surrounded by palm trees and mountains. Swimming in the refreshing water was the perfect way to start the day. The drive through Wahiba Sands was thrilling, and the endless golden dunes were unlike anything we've ever seen. Visiting the Bedouin family gave us a wonderful insight into traditional desert life, and the Omani coffee and dates were a lovely touch. The highlight of the tour was watching the sunset over the desert. As the sun dipped below the dunes, the sky turned incredible shades of orange, pink, and gold it was truly magical and unforgettable. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. If you're visiting Oman, this tour is an absolute must. A magical excursion full of emotions

Went to this guided tour on 26th Jan, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I took when in Oman. Our tour guide Ahmed made sure we felt at ease, and was always ready to answer to all our queries. Shout out to Ahmed for being such a great host. Talking about the attractions covered in this trip, so the trip takes about 10hrs in total, from pick up to drop. The first thing we explored was Wadi Bin Khaled which is about 150 kms from Muscat and takes about 1 hrs 50 mins to reach. We were provided ample time to explore the Wadi, which has 3 pools and a small cave. Talking about Wadi, I was told undoubtedly Wadi Saab is the best Wadi in Oman, but if you would like to experience a Wadi without the trekking, then Wadi Bin Khaled is the place to be. Post the Wadi, we headed to a Pakistani Restaurant, where we had a delicious lunch at reasonable price. Around 3:30-3:45pm we started for Wahiba Sands, and was there around 4:45 pm. While on the way our guide Ahmed made sure to show us how a local lives in a desert, the different camps in the desert and also where the horse and camel racing takes place. Post that we did sand dune bashing and then parked for the best attraction, which was saved for the last. The sunset at Wahiba sands. The sunset in Wahiba is amazing and worth a watch. If going to Wahiba, my suggestion would be to go for the sunset tour, even though a bit expensive, but it's worth the extra penny. Note: Activities like ATV, Sand Boarding, camel riding is not included and will require extra payment. It would be nice to have sand board as part of the experience.
