We had a wonderful stay in Uganda thanks to our guide Emmanuel 🤩 the best driver and guide in the country! We visited the jungle, the savanna, and the mountain in one week, and the organization was perfect! We were very well received in the magnificent hotels; I can only recommend this organization! One team one love 💪🤜🤛

I cannot tell you how special this experience was. We were fortunate enough to be escorted by Milton and Emmanuel, both with Nkuringo Safaris. We spent most time with Milton who is, by far, one of the most brilliant people I know. He knows SO much about SO much it's unbelievable. He definitely made the entire trip much more memorable. We did spend 2 nights at the Nkuringo Lodge which, for a lack of a better term, is luxurious. Every night we had a fire in our room and hot water bottles in the bed. The staff is incredible and the food...outstanding! Last, but not least, the philosophy behind the enterprise is most noble. I encourage everyone to look it up and if you decide to see the Great Apes, contact this company!!

Obsessed with this tour! We finished up two days ago now, and I’m super sad! It was honestly the best trip, and we saw so much of Uganda. Remmy, our guid, was the best. Funny, kind and informative!! Always seemed to know what we wanted from the trip! Loved the chimps, gorillas and wilderness walk where we were immersed in the giraffe tower. This company has it spot on, and I couldn’t recommend them more. 8 days is great, I wouldn’t do a second less! Moreen in the office also met all our needs effortlessly. The whole tour was very personal, and perfect for us. 10/10

Firstly booking our trip to Uganda was so easy with the help of Moreen. She was extremely helpful and prompt with her reply emails. She was able to adjust our trip to suit our budget. Even with flight changes, she was able to change dates of the booked accommodation hassle free. We were lucky to have Remmy as our tour guide for the 8 days. He was so knowledgeable and made our experience fun. All of the accommodation we stayed at was of standard as requested. The whole trip was extremely well organised. My suitcase did not arrive in Entebbe on our flight from Johannesburg, and the entire team worked tiresly to ensure that my suitcase was delivered to me ASAP, allowing me to focus on enjoying my trip. We did a 10 day private tour of Uganda with Nkuringo and it was fantastic. Morreen from the office helped us from planning until our last moments before leaving the country. Emmanuel our driver and guide was great and knowleageable. The country is not to be missed - Nature, wildlife, geology and people are one of a kind (plus weather and food are great). Itinerary, providers and activities were carefully curated, resulting in an incredible experience - Webale Niu, and hope to be back because there is still a lot to be seen!

It was wonderful! Uganda is the pearl of Africa. Nkuringo Safari enabled an excellent trip. My guide/driver Remmy was knowledgeable, experienced, fun, a safe driver and helpful. we booked a peronalised safari through nkuringo. Moreen was exceptional in organsining it and very prompt in responding to all of our queries and selected 4 , very different, but all delighful lodges - in lake mburo, bwindi, qenp and kibale - although the highlight was nkuringo gorilla lodge . our safari guide / driver was Kefar who was first class. a great driver, sometimes on very bumpy roads and the car was kept immaculately clean. he was a very informative safari guide ( had one amazing leopard sighting ) with nothing being too much trouble, including organising a visit to the pangolin sanctuary. one watch out ( nothing to do with nkuringo ) - if you are going to see the chimps i suggest the 1 hour trek is a better option. i booked the 4 hour trek, expecting longer with the chimps but not realising this trip was with chimps that were not fully habituated , meaning they were less confident in our presence and therefore stayed a long way away from us.

Two weeks of an amazing Uganda experience are behind us. From Entebbe over Ziwa Rhino to Murchison Falls, Kibale (Chimps), Ruwenzori, QE National Park, Bwindi and Lake Mutanda. This was an exceptional safari experience from start to finish, beautifully designed and flawlessly delivered. As a solo traveler, I felt supported, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout the entire journey. Diana was a joy to work with from the very beginning. She was warm, friendly, and highly responsive, while at the same time extremely attentive to my individual needs. Her advice on the different elements of the safari was thoughtful and well-balanced, helping shape an itinerary that felt both exciting and perfectly suited to me. I truly appreciated her guidance, flexibility, and care at every stage of the planning process. Patrick is an outstanding guide and professional. His competence, calm presence, and deep knowledge made the journey feel effortless and safe at all times. He has a rare ability to read situations and respond intuitively, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere while remaining discreet and respectful. His attentiveness, sense of humor, and genuine care made long days on the road and in the parks deeply enjoyable and memorable, adding a very special quality to this trip. I was fortunate to do my gorilla trek on my birthday, which made this already extraordinary experience even more meaningful. I was lucky to trek solo and spend precious time with a gorilla family — an unforgettable and deeply moving encounter. The guide Emos, together with the rangers and trackers, were kind, supportive, and incredibly professional, and most importantly made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire half-day experience. The game drives and the Kazinga Channel boat safari were exceptional. I was lucky to see the Big Four, with unforgettable sightings of elephants, lions, and a leopard I had especially hoped to observe. I was deeply impressed by Patrick’s knowledge of wildlife, nature, and local culture, and by his thoughtful responses to all my questions, which enriched every experience. At one point I felt uncomfortable with the initially booked boat experience, and both Patrick and Diana addressed this immediately by moving me to a larger, more comfortable boat. I truly appreciated this level of flexibility, responsiveness, and seamless logistics management. The chimpanzee trek in Kibale and the local community activities were equally rewarding. I was guided by Leo, whose warmth, hospitality, and excellent knowledge of local nature and culture helped me connect more deeply with the environment and the people, adding meaningful depth to the journey. The accommodations were impeccable. Nkuringo, Elephant Plains, and Turaco Treetops lodges were all very different in style, yet equally excellent in design, hospitality, quality of service, and delicious food. I was especially touched when Nkuringo Lodge organized a small birthday celebration with a cake — a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcome. Overall, this safari exceeded my expectations in every way. My sincere thanks to Diana, Patrick, and the entire team for creating such a beautifully curated, professional, and memorable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this journey to anyone seeking something truly special.
