Excursão Bursa saindo de Istambul com teleférico

Our trip to Bursa was good. It is a long trip from Istanbul. About 2 hours to get there and about another 2 hours to get on top of the mountain. You get to see some good places on your way up. The Lunch was one of the best lunches we had. ATV ride is a must. It is a little pricey but it will make the trip worth it. Don't waste your time with the professional photographer because they charge 500 lira per picture. Our guide Mahmud. He was not professional and few times he was actually rude and disrespectful when we requested for a couple things. My wife was feeling sick that day and we asked if we can change our seat with someone since we got picked up late and we sat at the back of the bus. Sitting at the back of the bus is no issue for us but since she was feeling sick and sitting at the back of the bus was making her more sick, we requested if we can change our seat with someone which he completely ignored and we had a horrible 4 hours ride, especially through those roads going up the mountain. We had paid extra so just the two of us can sit in the cable car and I politely reminded him and he started arguing with me and my wife and told us it's not his responsibility and we ended up with 5 people in the cable car. If it was a busy day with lots of people waiting then we might have understood. Lots of people were sitting in the cable car alone or with their spouse or friend. One couple with a normal ticket got to sit in the cable car by themself but even when we paid extra, we were told that it is none of his business and they will put us with whomever they want in the cable car. Overall his behavior towards myself and my wife totally ruined the trip for us. Also they would stop at a spot that had nothing to see for like 45 minutes but places that should have more free time, we would get like 15-20 mins. Overall Bursa is a beautiful place to visit, just hope you don't end up with a guide like ours.

Visit to Bursa proved to be an excellent way to dedicate a day outside Istanbul visit. Tour leader was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Transportation was comfortable enough and the periodical stops helped ease the overall experience. Most places visited were fantastic, especially the cable chair and cable car experiences; so was the ferry crossing. However lunch provided was very basic / poor , simply given a plate with some meat and a couple of chips and some sliced lettuce and carrots, and a small bottle of coke / water - extra side plates were provided BUT had to be paid for afterwards, since the proprietor had conveniently not mentioned this fact. Last year took a similar day tour around European and Asian sides of Istanbul and we had a healthy lunch - starter, mains, dessert and drinks [no hidden charges]. 'Food for thought' excuse the pun. Otherwise we enjoyed the day-trip.

Great experience, our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. Very personal and helpful. Highly recommended.

It will be good to only keep either Safari or snowmobile for the optional activity, so that there is not much waiting time to spend. I understand that the tour needs to make money, hope you can build other quality trips that has less designated shopping and a higher price from the payers to cover your cost. Instead of that, people has more freedom and time to choose shops.

Kivo was an amazing tour guide! I had such a great time on this trip—not only because of the itinerary, but especially because of the incredible people I met. I highly recommend this kind of tour if you want to connect with others and experience different cultures together.

We booked a Bursa full day trip but we got 45min jungle mud 4x4 at extra cost which we didn't do. 45mins ski trip at extra cost that we didn't do. 30 mins van wash experience and 45mins in Bursa. We got back to our hotel at midnight a 16 hour day! We had 2 Syrian brothers as guides they were very nice but not professional guides. The driver was a professional. The tour description is not accurate our day was cold wet and foggy no views and quite disappointing. The lunch was in a cold restaurant food was ok but small portions 7 french fries more cost 150 tkl one piece of chicken two mince patties bread and cabbage carrot salad with no dressing and a small Pepsi. Van was comfortable with USB points but no Wi-Fi

1) no where did it say to bring a passport glad I had photos of it 2) tour was not informative of things around . “There is 600 year old tree. You may go up if u want or not.” 3) no historical information 4) no where said we be able to go snow mobiling or any other activity after cable car. 5) points of locations were just hotspots to purchase things from shops affiliated

None. It was not good Coach was awful. Guide was awful he couldn’t speak English. Food was awful. It took ages. We didn’t go on cable car. No refund loud music in Arabic on coach. He slept all the time no commentary A really terrible experience I We didn’t like it at all. A refund should be given

Overrated and disappointing tour. Too crowded traveling with a tour bus and it was a shopping tour from 8:30 to 10 ish pm.

This was the best tour ever. The tour guide was also good. He explained things in English well and Turkish also
