Excursão Bob Marley Nine Mile saindo de Ocho Rios

Staff never arrived for transport. They had a random taxi driver, take us to an excursion destination that we had to pay for even though we had already paid for the excursion we were supposed to be going on. Now they are refusing the refund.

It was a long way to go for a short visit but worth it. Would have been nice to tag something else on as well but it was an interesting and worthwhile day. Good service and punctual.

Really insightful tour to understand the origins and story of the great man, Bob Marley. We were lucky to have the legendary Captain Crazy as our guide who was an amazing character and storyteller – full of charm wit and endless jokes. Crazy by name, crazy by nature.

Do NOT Book with them!! Very unprofessional take your money and don’t deliver on service I’m still waiting to be picked up for my excursion with no communication with them! I feel like it’s a SCAM! Do not book with them!

I loved the experience. Tour is about a hour. If you are a Bob Marley fan this is a must. See where he was born and is resting. Heard some reggae and also took a shot. The only “con” part is the traffic and the narrow, it took us almost 2 hours from Ocho Rios but our driver Andrew is so awesome and knowledgeable that was worth it. Definitely recommend

It was a nice but not what I was expecting. For the price there was nothing included. Tickets at the house was 35$ and didn't offer much more than a few rooms and the mausoleum. Our tour guide during the tour was at times rude to the guest. Our driver was nice and offered lots of information but just the person before said he offered to take our pic and took one with our camera and with his. It would have been nice if he would just ask instead of doing it with our permission.

Amazing service with JJS tours. We had a brilliant driver. MARCO was on time, informative, a great driver among the madness of other drivers. Such a nice guy. So impressed we have booked a few trips direct with him. Highly recommended and a credit to the company.

The driver asked us to take a picture Infront the Bob Marley murals before we go for our tour. Then I saw him snapping pictures with a different phone so I asked him if he taking pictures of us without asking and what was the picture for. He said to post a review. So i told him I will do the review and post my picture. I asked him to delete the pictures he took of us. He did not speak to us all the way on the journey back to the hotel. He more upset than us. I won't recommend his tour. That is unprofessional.

We were very disappointed by this excursion. The main reason: Felt like a tourist trap! Every foot of the way, you are constantly asked to "generously give money"! If you're looking for a gift shop, this is the place, because at every corner inside, you will cross a gift shop to spend more money!! The guide literally will pause during the tour and wait for traveller's to tip the musicians before moving on to the next step of the excursion... Personally, I would have liked more talk about Bob Marley's life (question of feeling more immersed) instead they will try to sell you Marijuana to smoke up while there! That being said, the ride there and back was wonderful and the bus driver and guide on the bus were very pleasant. The meal at the restaurant that was included with the tour was basic but good, the restaurant view of the ocean was beautiful on the return back to the hotel. So for the price of this excursion, I'd have to say that it ain't worth it unfortunately... If Kingstown hadn't been so far from Ocho Rios, we would have done the Bob Marley museum instead.

The tour guide Crazy or Curtis was amazing!! I loved the story, the food on site (oxtails) was great. The ride was literally breathtaking—scary and beautiful scenery. Loved the vibe and gift shop. The music was a pure joy and the full experience 10:10.
