8h00 - retirada no seu hotel/hospedagem/Airbnb/hostel. O rio fica a 20 quilômetros (50 minutos) de carro do oeste de Cali e a 11 quilômetros (25 minutos) de carro do sul de Cali. 9h00 – chegada aproximada ao rio. Você terá a oportunidade de aproveitar e explorar o rio ao seu gosto, com vários pontos que podemos visitar, desde pontos de fácil acesso e arejados, fazer o circuito de trilhas, ou caminhar até uma cachoeira próxima. Diversão no rio, diversão saudável! Respire ar puro e banhe-se nas águas cristalinas e geladas do rio. Para os amantes da natureza e do ar livre. Também teremos tempo para consumir alimentos. 11h00 – horário aproximado de retorno à cidade e ao seu alojamento. 12h00 - horário aproximado de retorno ao seu alojamento.

Beautiful place... nature and waterfalls.
It was great to get away from the city and go into the beautiful nature of Cali. Our tour guide was informative.

Great experience! Juan was such a nice guy and we talked about the history of Cali, Colombia. The waterfall was nothing less than beautiful and so peaceful. The second waterfall was closed off, so I didn’t get to see it. It was not Juan’s fault. I had traditional snacks from the locals. Overall, lovely
It is very nice and we had a great time. It is a place full of life and nature and wildlife. Definitely if you come to cali you should know this place
This is a great way to see rural Cali and the mountains. It's gorgeous and a great opportunity for people of various physical abilities. The first waterfall alone would be sufficient, and was for two people in our group. The hike is steep and requires a pretty good level of physical fitness. The second waterfall is similar to the first but for those who want to hike through the mountain, it's worth it. The water is ice cold (but your feet acclimate or freeze quickly). Water shoes are sufficient for both activities. Our English speaking guide was ill and did not show up but I was informed that morning. Luckily we had someone in our group who spoke Spanish well enough and our driver was outstanding in leading the group. My partner had wanted to "climb and hike the Andes" and though he would like to do more - this tour made him happy too. I highly recommend it. Apply bug spray! We all got bitten by something we didn't see or feel.
We loved the place quite nice and lots of nature.
Very authentic, not in a good way. I was informed about the driver and guide by WhatsApp. The guy who picked me up had a different name, he came in a cab. He gave me two sentences in broken English, asked me about where I want to go first. That got me by surprise. I was the only customer, sitting in the back. We left, the guide and the driver talked continuously to each other in Spanish (my Spanish is good enough to understand it was about the last women they met and how much they had costed). All my alarm bells rang, and I insisted to be dropped off immediately. Three stars for this all clichee Colombian experience in the back of a Cali Cab.

I personally handle communication via WhatsApp, while another member of my team may be the driver or guide who meets guests in person. This is why the person messaging you was not the same person who picked you up. Your booking was made last minute, and despite that, we made every effort to accommodate you promptly and professionally. Our tours are intentionally flexible and personalized, which is why the guide asked whether you preferred to visit the public park first or go directly to the waterfall — this was meant to tailor the experience to your interests, not to create uncertainty. Before the tour, I also explained via WhatsApp that the guide joining you was new and practicing his English. Supporting friendly local guides who are developing their language skills is an important part of what we do. In Colombia, speaking any level of English already represents a significant effort, and we choose to invest in local talent rather than scripted performances. I must also say that describing this as a “clichée Colombian experience in the back of a car” is disappointing and does not reflect the reality of our work, our values, or the many positive reviews from guests who have trusted and enjoyed our tours. We take our responsibility seriously and always act in good faith to provide safe, respectful, and authentic experiences. Juan was a wonderful guide on the Cali waterfall tour. It was beautiful and personalized. He knows a lot about the history and culture and we had some local snacks too. Great experience!
