Excursão ao Parque Domitai com almoço

First issue was the pick up, driver was on the phone looking at the internet while driving. Second issue was they had us in a small van and on our third stop to pick up more people, they had a total of 8 people waiting. They made us get out the van in the heat multiple times trying to figure out how to squeeze everyone in the van. The driver was rude, unprofessional and reckless. When we arrived to the location they had a huge crowd of people, the grouped over 30 of us together on an excursions. Huge group! When we arrived we were hurded like cattle to the gift shop where we had to pay, it was very hectic and unorganized. I paid for 3 people, we were then guided to the rest of the gift shop where we purchased water shoes, bandanas etc. while I was shopping the young lady I had just paid came back and stated she did not charge me correctly and needed to charge me again. I did not want to make a fuss and looked at my account I saw I was charged a lesser amount than expected. So I trusted her to get it correctly a second time. I was charged and then we were rushed because she held us up. We couldn’t get googles or anything to protect my eyes. Because of the huge group the experience was very slow, all the activities were rushed and congested. We ended the excursions with group party which was nice. Now here is the larger issue, I’m at my resort and I receive a call two days later stating they charged me incorrectly AGAIN and I need to pay them another amount for a third time, spending the day trying to figure out why and how much, lack of understanding due to language barriers. This has been a quite frustrating experience and I feel taken advantage of. I would never do this excursion again and I would not recommend anyone else deal with it. Please proceed either way caution or pay in advance! They are no organized at all, and very unprofessional

Our family had a great time. We weren't sure if we were going to get our money's worth, but we absolutely did. The guides were extremely fun and easy going. They made sure everyone was on the same page and was enjoying themselves. All of the activities were very family friendly and entertaining! The only thing I would suggest is that you should DEFINITELY wear some sort of aquatic shoe in the cave pool. The bottom is jagged stone and protruding rocks. Other than that, its a 9.9/10 for us.

I’m so glad we booked the Domitai Adventure Park tour—it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The park offers so many activities, including buggies, horseback riding, ziplines, a cave party with a DJ, a carnival, an open bar, and lunch, so there was never a dull moment. We were on Team Iguanas, and our guide, Daniel “Sexy Chocolate,” truly made the experience unforgettable. He was amazing, fun, engaging, and kept everyone laughing and having a great time throughout the day. The cave party with the DJ was such a unique and exciting experience, and the carnival at the end was outstanding! The music was great, the atmosphere was full of energy, and it was the perfect way to wrap up an action-packed day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure, great entertainment, and an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely do it again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved EVERYTHING from start to finish!! Nothing but fun!! All of the staff was very friendly, FUN & helpful!! We’re actually planning to make this an annual trip for our family! 10/10!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

A very good experience and perfect for a day of adventure.

Everything was excellent. I loved the experience. The guides Choco were very good, all the guides. And Coffee. Everyone was excellent. I do not remember all the names. The food was very good and I had a great time!!

We really had an amazing time! The only thing I did not love was the horses because they looked tired, poor things, but other than that it was great. I highly recommend it!!

Overall good experience. Guides are friendly, helpful, and engaging. Zip lines are short but fun. My kiddos enjoyed the horseback riding. Be prepared to get dirty on the dune buggy ride. Lunch was some of the best Dominican food we had in the resort area. The cenote water was cold. They had a Dj inside the cenote. Lastly, as the title of this post states, beware of the guys with the macaws! They encourage you to take a picture with the birds but never tell you the price! ITS NOT FREE. They wanted $80 for pictures taken with 7 of us. They said they normally charge $20 for pictures per person but after they saw that I was upset because they didn’t tell my wife about the price per picture they said they’d drop it to $50….but still charged me $70! I would’ve gave the business a higher rating but I believe they know about this behavior and possibly allow it. They should be more forthcoming about the price or even post a sign.
