Very informative. Our guide was well versed in the subject that was discussed. Would definitely recommend to those who are interested in learning about the horrors of the the Third Reich
Amazing educational tour. This is a very sad memorial and Ulrich did a fantastic job of giving us the information.
Was well organised and tour guide was very informative ,maybe would have liked a little longer there to have a drink and wonder round at own pace , time to reflect
If you only have a few hours to visit the Dachau Concentration Camp then this tour is as good as any I guess. In retrospect, I wish I would just have gone on my own so that I could have had a slower pace to honor the many lives lost on these grounds. In the tour, you hit the basics but there is little time to linger in areas that might have interest for you.
This is one of those excursions that everyone should take part in. The trip to this concentration camp is a critical look at real life history. A sobering experience to say the least. It starts on a local train as it’s not that far from downtown Munich. It doesn’t take an imagination to feel what prisoners of that day felt as he walked through the grounds. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what happened in those days. I would recommend this to anyone who travel to Germany, just to get a feel of what it was really like to be tangled up in that war.
Plan for amazing, emotional and overwhelmingly important experience that is timely and essential experince. Conni was great and sensitive to all.
I booked our tour and was so happy with our experience. We learned so much from the moment went boarded the train. If, we went on our own we would not have learned so much and the experience would have not been the same. Conni was wonderful and had so much to share with us. I highly recommend it
Carlotta (Charlotte) was a wonderful host engaging with all the people on the tour. She was very informative and provided us with a wealth of information. The tour was as expected, very humbling and reminding us to not let this happen again.
It was a humbling experience and our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really helped us understand the history.
This was a somber but important stop for our group. Our guide was knowledgeable and respectful and answered all our questions. The day we went was very warm, and our guide kept us in the shade as much as possible. Take a bottle of water. Highly recommend.
