Este passeio guiado é fácil de moderar dependendo da sua preferência de grupo: a duração, a rota e o nível de dificuldade são flexíveis. Uma caminhada típica (moderada) é um ciclo de 16 km (10 milhas) que começa e termina em Seaford, 5 - 6 horas, incluindo almoços e pausas de refresco. Outros pontos de partida/colheita estão disponíveis - a serem discutidos após a reserva. Todos os passeios possuem vistas fabulosas dos Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head e Cuckmere Haven. Seu Guia Matt irá levá-lo para lugares conhecidos apenas para os moradores locais, incluindo paisagens do mar, deslumbrantes falésias brancas, rios, florestas, aldeias isoladas, terras agrícolas e colinas do Downland. Por favor, use roupas e sapatos adequados para caminhar! Podemos tornar mais fácil para aqueles que prefeririam pular em um ônibus de volta para Seaford depois de parar para o almoço, tornando-o acessível e ativo sem ser muito exigente fisicamente! Nosso guia turístico credenciado irá encontrá-lo em Seaford Beach e teremos 15 minutos ou mais para tomar um lanche leve e apreciar a paisagem antes de começarmos nossa caminhada
Caminharemos de Seaford Head até Cuckmere Haven com uma parada em Hope Gap (se as marés permitirem, caminharemos até a praia). Isso oferece vistas esplêndidas das falésias brancas das Sete Irmãs.
Caminharemos ao longo do belo rio Cuckmere até o Centro de Visitantes das Sete Irmãs.
Faremos uma parada de 45 minutos para bebidas e almoço (não incluído) no Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Os caminhantes também terão a oportunidade de comprar lembranças e conhecer os arredores do centro. Uma curta caminhada do Centro de Visitantes revela vistas soberbas do sinuoso Rio Cuckmere. Faremos uma caminhada curta (mas íngreme) até Friston Forest para quem quiser. Terminaremos o passeio pegando o ônibus de volta a Seaford.

Expertly guided by the very competent, capable and friendly Sussex local, Matt. The walk is achievable (not too hard) and spectacular. Fabulous views of the Seven Sisters and surrounding countryside. There was ample time to look around and take it all in. I was enlightened by snippets of local history from the moment I was met at the train station.

This was an amazing trip! I was so fortunate to be the only person signed up for the day and recieved a private tour. Matt was so friendly from the first moment we met. He knows the area well and provided historical information along the way. The hike was very manageable and the views were spectacular. Matt took me along the cliffs, through the downs, along the beach and so much more. He had great suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area as well. I cannot say enough great things about this tour and the guide. I highly recommend it!

The views were amazing, we had a well informed tour guide who made the walk very interesting with detailed information, he was very friendly and approachable, took us loads of pictures, he was very respectful, asking and making sure we’re fine and comfortable, I will definitely recommend, we really had an amazing time.
