Excursão de meio dia Jaisalmer- Jaisalmer Fort ergue-se orgulhosamente no meio do deserto de Thar no topo de Trikuta Hill. Construído em 1156 pelo governante Rajput Maharawal Jaisal Singh. Você caminhará pelas estreitas ruas de paralelepípedos, onde encontrará palácios, templos, hotéis luxuosos, lojas e casas particulares.
Patwa Haveli- Cinco haveli lindamente esculpidos construídos em 1800 por uma família Jain Bafna Oswal e seus cinco filhos.
Um luxuoso haveli encomendado pelo primeiro-ministro Mehta Nathmal, construído em 1941 por dois irmãos muçulmanos Hati e Laloo, aqui você verá a diferença entre o trabalho de dois irmãos.
Um lago feito pelo homem que remonta a cerca de 860 anos. Na entrada do lago fica Teelon Ki Pol construído em 1909 DC, construído por uma prostituta local Teelon. Aqui você verá templos, chatris e ghats.
Sadar Bazar- Você caminhará pelo mercado local, no coração da cidade, vendo ourives locais criando trabalhos elaborados de brincos, colares, anéis e muito mais. Mulheres da aldeia que vendem produtos cultivados localmente, o famoso trabalho de espelho Jaisalmer e doces locais feitos diariamente.

Our trip was made a very lasting experience not least by our competent, dedicated and very personable tour guide Lokendra "Halle". You immediately notice Halle loves his profession. He is in the process of humorously giving his group as much information and impressions as possible about his country and region. He proudly gave us very private insights into his family life in his hometown of Jaisalmer. This human closeness and trust in a few days moved me a lot. Halle is very well connected and so many wishes were made possible for us even at short notice and outside the travel description by him. It was a wonderful trip! The guide was very polite, helpful and knows super German. His knowledge of culture and history is incredibly versatile and he has a great sense of bringing it across to the traveller. He always responded to our needs, which made the trip special.
Lokendra was one of the best tour guides we had in all of Rajasthan. He is very knowledgeable and speaks great English. This was very important as we were traveling with kids who don’t speak or understand Hindi. He was also mindful of parents traveling with us and making sure they weren’t over exerted. Wish he was our guide for rest of the cities we visited in Rajasthan.
Went on a North India tour (2 weeks) with a small group (10 people) in November 2025. I knew India from many business trips to Delhi and Mumbai in the past but during this trip it was amazing how much we were able to see from real India, its culture, its beauty and its heritage. The tour was fabulous, Jaisalmer is an awesome city to visit especially during the winters. Visit here at least once with your family or friends. Go for it.
Our visit to Jaisalmer was really impressive, thanks to Halle... He is a very good guide, he told us a lot about Jaisalmer, about the people, the culture, the history. He speaks very good German. we were also allowed to see his house, meet the mother and also his wife with the little baby.
