Knowledgeable guide and good overall experience . A pity palace was shut but we were able to look around the cathedral and stop for a highly recommended hot chocolate!

We are a family of 4 which includes a 4 year old and a 7 year old and we decided to hire a private tour since it is easier to go at our on pace that way. We don't have to worry about others in a group or delaying the group because a kid needs to go the bathroom or gets tired. All the guides were excellent, knowledgable, helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this travel agency. They are attentive to all details and the way they plan the schedule worked really well with us and they were tailored to our needs. I will definitely be touring again with them when in Europe
