We had booked and paid for the tour well in advance, (it was an expensive tour) the afternoon prior to the tour the tour company changed the timing of the walking tour from morning in the cool to the afternoon in the heat of the day. The guide we got was tired and not impressed doing another tour in the afternoon. The tour was ok not as informative as we were expecting. The tour made more difficult by heat. Disappointed the company left it to the last minute to contact as we were only in Ronda for a couple of days left us no options.
A very enjoyable 2 hours with plenty of background info as well as sights. Bullring a highlight.....
Excellent tour with the very knowledgable Pedro. We toured the bullring and old town and Pedro gave us many anecdotes as well as the history.
Very informative from a local resident who was full of knowledge highly recommended. Great recommendations of restaurants made too
What an amazing and lucky pick. Our guide was not only a local but a very professional and knowledgeable man. Of course besides that he was amazing company and a great person to be around. Thanks a lot it was spectacular visiting Ronda with someone so knowledgeable and friendly.. 5 stars.
We loved learning about the history of Ronda. The sights were beautiful. We saw the parks and learned quite a bit about the origin of bull fighting. We got som tapas at Toro after the tour and it was wonderful.
The guide was amazing… he was local, grew up in the town, spent significant time in the US, then returned to Ronda to retire. I believe his name was Pedro… he was super knowledgeable and made the whole experience truly amazing.
Leo did an excellent job of explaining the history and culture of Ronda. The pace was not rushed, and we had time to enjoy the views.
Fantastic scenery and very educational tour of the bullring. Lovely shops and nice little tapas bars.
The walk to visit the older bridges in town were wonderful. Our guide brought us into some of her favorite stores and restaurants which was helpful. We ate lunch at one of the places and it was great, not touristy. The information on the bullring and its history was very interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed our walk around Ronda!
