Our guide was so passionate about what he does and that made all the difference. We learn't so much about Skopje in just the time we had on the tour. Totally worth it and strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to know about the fascinating history of Skopje.
Good discovery of the city. Lots of commentary from the guide (you need a good level of English to understand everything) because he spoke quickly.
A very comprehensive tour with an interested and knowledgeable guide. Was attentive to the needs and questions of the group.
Nice overview tour of both sides of the river. Well explained. Appreciated his insights and recommendations.
Dejan was a great guide not only informing about architecture and history, but also giving recommendations for restaurants, souvenir shops etc. One can always ask him questions that he answers competently. Most importantly for us as Germans, he was very punctual ;). Also it us maybe interesting for some tourists that the tour is mostly barrier free, except for the old Muslim quarter with the bazaar, where the streets are paved with cobblestone mainly.
Mega friendly and helpful, moreover it was a very interesting tour of the city. You learn a lot about the city and the guide gives you tips for everything. Must be recommended
A useless tour! our guide nn was competent, nn explained nothing . if one books tours with experts is to have information and know a little history, the guide was improvised could speak only a little Italian but nn was able to give you the necessary information .paid 30 € nn was not even worth 1€
Dear Travelers, My city walking tours are only in English. I don't speak Italian. You've probably confused me with another tour in another city you've visited. Best Regards.
Very good quick walk of the old city. I may have missed some streets if I did not take the tour. Tour was rescheduled but it worked out fine
Dejan (the guide) was great at explaining about the city and the country. Really recommend the tour as you learn why there are so many different styles on the buildings e.g. We walked at a calm pace and got lots of tips on what to do, eat and see in Skopje.
Dejan was such an insightful guide! Brought so much personality to sharing the history of Macedonia and the larger Balkans area; it was a great, entertaining learning opportunity! As well, his generosity in making himself available 24/7 as well as offering recommendations for exchanging money, restaurants, and anything else was greatly appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
