This tour was NOT as advertised. It was supposed to be a two hour tour of Prague Castle. While I understand the time to get to the Castle was part of the tour, I don't feel that stopping for drinks and the bathroom was necessary on a two hour tour. Apparently I was put with a group that had booked for a much longer tour. At the two hour mark, we had just reached the Castle grounds. I had booked a two hour tour so it was disappointing that we didn't even see the Castle on the tour. I was allowed to continue on the tour but I had made other plans based on the advertised two hour time. I reached out to the operator of the tour and they basically stated that I received what I paid for but I disagree 100%. We didn't even see the Castle and I should have been assigned to a group that had the objective of the tour that I signed up for. I would absolutely discourage people from signing up for this tour because it is not as advertised. Although the tour guide was knowledgeable (which is why I gave it three stars), the tour was disappointing and the tour operator is wrong to advertise it like they do if they don't take into consideration the two hour time.

Surprisingly, you see only exteriors of some of the buildings of the palace. But, Buma gave a great explanation of why. She is an excellent guide who is knowledgeable and keeps your interest. She is also careful to ensure that no one from the group gets left behind. I would recommend this tour and Buma.

They never showed up and refuse to refund me their horrible how can they get away with this it’s a shame

I know this as our guide Ross, was present at the correct meeting point at correct time and we know this because there were other clients booked and they just rated the tour (5 star). Marcela was an amazing guide-who better to educate you on all things Prague than someone who has lived here her whole life! i learned SO much about the people, the churches, the castle, the Charles Bridge—and all the history and Lore that goes with them! just remember it’s entirely an outside tour-so bungle up if you are going in Winter!

Our 2 hour tour was combined with 2 other longer tours. We just left the tour at the appropriate time even though the guide let us tag along a little longer. She was excellent!

It was an amazing experience the tour guide Ross I think was his name was extremely informative of the history of Prague and very knowledgeable extremely good in telling the group all about the Castle ,Charles bridge ,the figures St George church and much much more it was all so interesting and fun too well worth the booking
