Mergulhe na história durante esta excursão de dia inteiro a Éfeso e à Casa da Virgem Maria de Izmir. Veja o site em que acreditamos que a mulher mais famosa do mundo viveu no final de sua vida, depois da casa das virgens maria, visitaremos Éfeso. Desapegue-se na cidade antiga mais bem preservada do mundo. Visite as ruínas e pare em lugares como o Odeon, a famosa biblioteca de Celso, o Bouleterion, o Templo de Adriano, a Ágora, o Banho da Escolástica e o Grande Teatro. Visite o Templo de Ártemis, uma das Sete Maravilhas do Mundo Antigo, e explore a pequena vila de inceirince. O transporte do aeroporto de Izmir ou do seu hotel é fornecido pelos nossos ônibus com ar-condicionado. Os destaques hoje serão a biblioteca de Celso, o templo de Ártemis e a degustação de vinhos de frutas em inceirince.

Começamos nosso serviço de busca de qualquer hotel em Izmir. Se você está vaiando seu Éfeso conosco e se hospedar em Kusadasi, é o primeiro local de retirada que sairá das 07:30 da manhã e continuará a Selcuk, onde haverá uma reunião com outros participantes. Depois que todos se reúnem, a turnê começa com a Casa da Virgem Maria. Casa da Virgem Maria é o lugar onde Maria pode ter passado seus últimos dias. De fato, ela pode ter entrado na área junto com São João. Este local foi declarado oficialmente um santuário da Igreja Católica Romana em 1986 e, desde então, tornou-se um local popular de peregrinação. O Papa Paulo VI visitou o santuário em 1967. A visita à Casa (igreja) leva cerca de 45 minutos e após a nossa visita; haverá uma viagem de 5 minutos para Éfeso.
continuaremos com a visita ao templo de Ártemis; que é uma das sete maravilhas da antiguidade. Aqui, haverá uma boa chance de tirar fotos da Igreja de São João e da Mesquita de Isa Bey pelo melhor ângulo.
Éfeso é um testemunho excepcional das tradições culturais dos períodos helenístico, imperial romano e dos primeiros cristãos. Éfeso é um site importante para o cristianismo; sendo uma das sete igrejas do Apocalipse. O apóstolo Paulo provavelmente passou dois anos e meio em Éfeso durante sua terceira jornada missionária. Em duas horas, você estará explorando a cidade caminhando pelas ruas de mármore, acompanhado pelo nosso guia de turismo que fala inglês. Em nosso passeio, veremos Odeon, Ágora Estadual, Prytaneion, Monumento Memmius, Templo Domatian, Portão Hércules, Rua Curetes, Templo Adriano e Latriens. As visitas à Private House (chamado bordel, 'Terrace Houses') são uma visita opcional para 25 ₺ / pessoa extra e seu guia deve ser informado com antecedência. Após o Terrace Houses, continuaremos nossa exploração com a Biblioteca Celsus, Marble Road, Commercial Agora, Great Theather e Arcadine (Harbor Road).
Sirince é uma antiga vila de 'Rum' (gregos bizantinos) situada nas colinas de Selcuk e a 7 km de Éfeso. Como parte do tratado de paz após a Guerra Nacional Turca (1919-1922), foi acordada uma troca formal de turcos e gregos, e Sirince agora é habitado por turcos. A vila é popular por belas casas tradicionais e produção de vinho com sabor de frutas; e você terá tempo livre para degustação de vinhos.

Great tour! We arrived at the House of Mother Mary at the perfect time and were able to avoid the large tour crowds. This gave me the opportunity to enjoy some meaningful spiritual moments. Our driver was friendly, and our tour guide, Ms. Huray, was both warm and highly knowledgeable. The lunch was excellent, and Ms. Huray took the time to sit with us and explain the dishes we were eating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable tour.

The guide was excellent for the information and kindness in the service. However, I do not like being taken to visit places for tourists to shop (carpet factory, business that makes cosmetics with olive oil). These activities are not included in the tour of the visit.

Wonderful experience.. of interested in history, highly recommended when in Turkiye. Well informed and amazingly trained tour guide. Realistic time management where you doesn't feel rushed at the time all points are covered in depth.

Mehmet was an incredible tour guide and made the experience truly memorable. He shared so many fascinating facts and interesting stories about each site that brought the history and culture to life. The worst thing about this tour company was their lack of communication, and, for that reason, I would not recommend using this company. I purchased this tour specifically because it said that we could purchase the option to see the terrace houses, and I'd messaged the company 3 times over three weeks preceding our tour date to inquire about it; no response at all. When I told the guide the morning of the tour that I wanted to add the terrace houses, she said it wasn't possible. It was only when I showed her my messages that she said she could give me 20 minutes to see the terrace houses at the expense of the library (the main structure to see). Sadly, that isn't where the disappointments ended. We spent over half the tour on pointless tourist attractions: first a carpet seller disguised as lunch and then a small town that specializes in the production of the most disgusting wine I've ever tasted. I do NOT recommend this tour. All of the other tour companies we used during our time in Greece and Turkey communicated with us (at least about the pickup time the night before), and this one rushed through the sites at Ephesus without adequate detail, explanation, or opportunities for photos. If they hadn't wasted half the day at the tourist buying sites, that would have been understandable. In this case, they need to drop the tourist town and spend adequate time at Ephesus.

Our experience was good not great. We did a private but want to customize some things that weren't allowed to do. We would have like to include the Ephesus Museum and spend additional free time there. We also would have included St. John Bacillica but that was not included nor could we add it.

Erşan, our guide, gave us an esoectacular guided tour. He explained everything in a very enjoyable way with many examples of linguistic and cultural connections. He proved to have a thorough knowledge of Turkish history and the Bible. Erdal drove the van very safely and calmly. I recommend both to take guided tours and travel quietly on Turkish roads.
