Excursão a Abu Dhabi: Grande Mesquita, Heritage Village, Palácio dos Emirados e Qasr Al Watan

Our driver was great and very informative. I was disappointed to hear that we could not enter the Emirates palace due to capacity. All of the stops included on this tour were great and all staff were welcoming.

We booked tour during COVID and border rules are very difficult but we thanks to 247toursuae they guide was very well and help us to visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai our Guide name Asrar he is very professional and informative told us stories and explain everything about history and places that we visit everything was perfect and gone very smoothly, we are really thankful to this tour company and guide Asrar. Driver is not a guide! Stopped on the roadside for most places to take a picture, we didn’t enter them. Only places we entered were the mosque and heritage village- but he dropped us off for both with no information or guidance at all. Couldn’t answer any questions we asked (i.e. What is the heritage village? Answer: heritage. - no more info!). Took us for a drive around the palace- but again, no info provided and couldn’t answer any questions. Save your money or go elsewhere.

The tourist was horrible. We did not visit all of the sites. I wish I could have a refund! It was such a disappointment on my birthday.

There are many tour options to Abu Dhabi. Do not use RAH Tours. Problems: - I emailed and texted them seven times for hotel pickup confirmation. They did not respond until I had Viator contact them. - The driver was about 1/2 hour late picking us up. - The person guiding us for the day was not a tour guide. He was a driver. He offered very little information about Abu Dhabi unless we asked him...did not introduce himself either. - Six of us (plus the driver) were crammed in an SUV. It was very tight. - The driver took us to two stores so that locals could give us a sales pitch to buy rugs and art work. He said we were going to an art museum. - Drop off and pickup from tour locations like the palace and the mall were not clear. We had to be driven around a parking lot to find the driver. This was the worst Viator tour I've ever experienced. They should drop this tour operator.

All good! Excellent place for visiting! The driver was super and patient with us, flexible on our demands.

WOW! WOW! that is the only thing that comes to mind - it was the most fascinating Mosque I have seen - the beautiful Marble that surrounds it and the Morano glass panels along with the Italian inlaid tiling just has to be seen to be believed. We went with Arabian Adventures and our guide Imran was fantastic gave us plenty of time to walk around and he explained each element with extensive knowledge. If you don't go on any other tour - DO NOT MISS THIS ONE.

As we were the only two people who had booked the tour we had a private car and driver to take us. The driver was an excellent guide, told us so much about the area and willingly answered questions we had on our first visit to Abu Dhabi. We had plenty of time at Qasar Al Watan, Emirates Palace and The Grand Mosque. We were taken to a local restaurant for lunch which was really good and I would like to thank the driver publicly for helping me to communicate with the chef as I have coeliac disease and needed guidance as to what I could choose. We had a most memorable day visiting three breathtakingly beautiful places. We did take this tour on a Friday which does mean a change in opening times at some of the sights. An excellent day and very good value.
