Excursão a Abu Dhabi com Grande Mesquita e Templo BAPS

I got a confirmation email for my tour booking. However, used the booking case link to the Viator App always showing something wrong error. I tried to chat and phone calls to Viator help number. Nobody responded. Since the App continually sent me the event countdown messages, we are still holding our best wish to expect a wonderful tour. 5 minutes before the meeting with the tour pickup, the App still sent me a reminder. Then I and my wife and my brother-in-law have been waiting for the pickup over more than one hour. Nobody came to meet us. I used the chat function snd many phone calls. Nobody responded. We booked this one day tour in our first visit in Dubai with no backup plan. The plan became a NO SHOW by the operator. We wasted our one day in Dubai. What a shame! Until now, nobody contacted us to help. So, booking through the operator is no guarantee at all. By the way, the tour package expense was charged as plan 3 days before the tour. Everything makes me believe the booking and the plan are ready to go. Actually they are not trustful at all. I sent a refund request and was told it is being reviewed fir 3-10 days.

I had an amazing time in Abu Dhabi today! Thanks to our tour guide Bilal, I was able to experience the greatness of the city. He helped show us around to the different attractions, explained the agenda well and overall showed great professionalism and knowledge at each attraction. I would highly recommend to book a trip through him!

Great experience which allowed me to experience a lot of Abu Dhabi's landmarks in a day! Zayed Mosque, Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace, Yas Mall/Ferrari World and the BAPS Hindu Temple. If you've booked with the BAPS temple, do double check this with your driver the day before so you can ensure your in the right group and its included in your itinerary. Highly recommended, Arslan was excellent and accommodated everyone's needs.

Family of 4, went on this tour which, I highly recommend. The Drive - picked up at our hotel by Inam, who was our driver and guide. He provided information about the various sites we visited and allowed us to explore these ourselves which worked for us. The vehicle was a 7 seater, which was occupied by other tourists too. The Trip - though the main sites are the temple and mosque which are architectural wonders, we visited other spots or did drive-bys in between and got to learn about Abu Dhabi. Trip was around a 10 hour day from pick up to drop off. Price - excellent value for money considering hotel pick up and the numerous locations we visited within Abu Dhabi.

U guys didn’t pick me up or even call me. I need my money back please. I wanted all day yesterday morning till now not a single call from you guys to get me and my baby. This is very bad .

I booked this trip at the evening and next day I had to go. But the company didn’t send me the time when I should be ready and the car didn’t pick me up. Moreover they cancelled my booking and didn’t refund me the money. So, I spent money, time and didn’t get anything. I want to save you, guys, from this situation. So I don’t recommend to book this trip.

A very well organised day with a hotel pick up. Very comfortable vehicle and excellent range of activities! The Blue Mosque is a must!!
