George was awesome. I was a great day. Good wine and good friends.
Wow! What can I say to make you want to book with George! He is amazing I did not expect to get the top notch service he provided. I took my wife to Napa for her Bday and George helped me with the planning and went above and beyond to make her experience memorable. He is so Polite, Cordial, Attentive and has this warmth to him! I am still in awe as I type this 5 days later.
We had 6 women, sisters and friends,for wine tour in Napa valley. Our driver Jorge picked us up at our chosen spot in mill valley on time and with a big smile in his face and sparking wine on ice in the stretch limo. He was super friendly and accommodating. He drove us to the wineries we chose and waited patiently for us while we tasted delicious wines and then drive us to a delicious dinner at Bottega in Yountville. We chose our own itinerary but I believe he can suggest for you as well. We felt safe and taken care of. We customized our trip to make a whole day and evening if it! Can’t say enough about Jorge and the amazing day we had! Highly recommend if you want ti experience wine country without worrying about driving!

Very professional and friendly. Jorge assisted me in making an itinerary for my best friends birthday. He was a great host, safe driving, excellent customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will reach out to him again in any of our future wine tasting visits to Napa/Sonoma.
Everything was nice with Jorge. He called prior to the experience so we could map out the day. The limo was clean and well stocked. We went to what I’m sure was the top two winery’s that he selected. Will be coming back next year and will give him a call. I highly recommend him and this tour….
Driver did not have our scheduled planned out well, did not show up to drive us. The next drive was sent to the wrong location, we were overcharged for hours. Then the owner requested money be sent to him via cash as if he didn’t want the money documented. Then he shows up at the end to challenge me and argue with us. The driver was kind but the owner Gorge was very unprofessional in the end.
Unfortunately this tour was a big misunderstanding on regards of extra hours cost and fees, at booking client was informed of advertised 4-hours as the minimum required to reserve thru Viator with the knowledge of extra hours at additional costs. The tour went extra 4.5 hours and we only charged her 3.5 hours as a courtesy however that did not set well with client who still disagree even taught she knew about it. We always inform days before any extra cost per hour more but apparently the client did not wanted to pay as agreed. We reached out to client directly many times without any response back. The client changed the set itinerary that we had scheduled now she claims we did not had one.
